What you are suggesting is a good starting point. DS 2500 Pads will be okay for light track work. RBF 600 or 660 will serve you well Hel or Goodrich lines are all that you will need. I assume that you are running Brembo callipers and stock rotors.

If you are referring to the camber arms or bolts and if you are handy with the tools then an easy DIY, if not then a trip to the garage I am afraid. Have you tried adjusting the toe and the camber using the stock adjusters as you only require the aftermarket stuff if you have seriously lowered your suspension.

The brake pad shims are there for numerous reasons and should be refitted when brake pads are changed. On the UK Brembo set up the oem pads have shims fitted to the rear of the pads but there is also a floating shim that should be refitted. Just simply tell the garage to reuse the existing floating shims. The "how stuff works" link will explain it further.
