Check under the seats for a bad connection on the wiring Failing that then either fix it properly or fit a resistor.

Hi Shane, further to your pm's and phone call please find below the schematic of the rear final drive unit. Shim (A) there are 8 different thicknesses of these ranging from 3.05 to 3.26. Shim ( there are 14 different thicknesses of these ranging from 2.00 to 2.65 Shim © there are 22 different thicknesses of these ranging from 0.80 to 1.49 Hope that this helps

I had a spare battery 600Ah which fit there ok, so I fitted that staright away, Theoretically, any car should be protected from it, but with Jump start - high power one it might have gone somewhere deeper. What is the full name of the BCM? where is it located? How to check if it is gone? Many thanks Body Control Module: situated beside the fuse box at o/s/f kick panel. Consult 2 required to check it. BCM - would that be ECU? Sorry for being daft No the ECU is a different component and is as equally expensive as the BCM.

Sounds like a fuse link. Hope it is not your BCM.
