  5. -7 here last night and still around -4
  6. Check under the seats for a bad connection on the wiring Failing that then either fix it properly or fit a resistor.

  9. I had a spare battery 600Ah which fit there ok, so I fitted that staright away, Theoretically, any car should be protected from it, but with Jump start - high power one it might have gone somewhere deeper. What is the full name of the BCM? where is it located? How to check if it is gone? Many thanks Body Control Module: situated beside the fuse box at o/s/f kick panel. Consult 2 required to check it. (Nissan ) or Abbey in Oxted. Alex.
  10. BCM - would that be ECU? Sorry for being daft No the ECU is a different component and is as equally expensive as the BCM.
  11. Sounds like a fuse link. Hope it is not your BCM.
  12. I can get the shims for you mate, all I would require is the thickness that you require. I will talk to Nissan today and try and get all the different sizes that are available and all the part numbers for you. To make things easier for me could you pm me over your full VIN number.

  16. How did you manage to get the fault codes that you have listed in your post?
  17. I am not one of the clever guys but I would clear the codes and carry out an ECU reset and take it from there.
  18. This might help you Shane: I take it that it is the new 24 plate Kaaz lsd that you are installing This link will give you the Kaaz install manual. http://www.limited-slip.com/acatalog/ka ... ctions.pdf And below is a DIY picture step by step of the overhaul. Not the way that I would exactly do it but it will give you a general idea. http://www.nicoclub.com/articles.php?id=217546 #14 /15 refers to the shims and of course there is no gasket. PS. Technically you also have to adjust pinion depth, preload from the side, as well as placing the ring gear properly side to side..... This is all done with shims and the starting point would be by re-using the old shims in the same places. Cheers, Alex
  19. The stock suspension is a bit sloppy. Get yourself a good set of coil overs and a pair if anti roll bars and you will find a huge improvement.
  20. Make sure that there is nothing in front of you, a wall or a girlfriend in that order.
  21. Yes mate, you will not know what thickness of shims will be required until you start the set up. I will reply to your pm later tonight. Cheers, Alex.
