Your link is not working for me, however the skyline exhaust is circa 100 ml longer than the 350Z. Some systems have a 150mm small section which you omit to fit when the application is 350z. If that is not the case in this application then a small cut and weld jobbie will be required. No Drama.

Spiggot rings are available if you have boss size issues. Perhaps if you mentioned what brand of wheel you are considering fitting then further advice could be given.

Not ideal, but they will fit. The 225 will be slightly stretched but no drama. 8.5 all round does not worry me unduly. Alex.

If the "tappet" noise has only developed since the service I would be leaning towards the oil that they put in. However at 100,000 miles then there will be some wear and tear on the engine and if the noise is tappet/cam/bucket wear then this can turn out to be an expensive fix. Upgrading the heads on a NA engine will give you very small beneficial power returns. I do have spare low mileage cyl. heads in stock complete with valves, cams, buckets etc. If I can help further then drop me a pm. Alex.

Colin, The "standard" tolerences on your print out are very slightly different from the Nissan numbers on there SDS. The final numbers are all good, you will notice that the camber on the left rear has been reduced by only adjusting the rear left toe. You are also now running at 0.00 thrust angle on the rear which is ideal. Alex.
