paint thinner (white spirit??) on a soft cloth then just polish off. will come up mint. (as long as it just on the metal and not your paint work will be fine!!) chris

Thats correct, as its a metalic base colour it will dry 'matt', I just touch up my little chips as normall but with the bigger chip I just covered it with my girlfriends clear nail paint. it worked a treat. It just takes your eye off the black chips on the gold caliper. chris

FAO CHRIS WILLIS. Chris the paint has been matched to my caliper. The family business is suppliying the trade with Car Paint and Parts, as had done for 45 years, as far as i'm aware there isnt a code for it (obviously there is a paint formula somewhere tho). The paint has been matched by my father that has had years of practice lol. If you have any more questions please dont hesitate to get in contact. Chris

Hello Mate, I see your little mark, I would recommend putting a touch up over it, it would just take the eye away from it, as its underneith that lip you will never know. It wouldnt be worth respraying the whole door. Is it a straight black or Metalic?? I'm in yarmouth my self, my father has Charles Calver & Sons next to desira on north quay. Can you not put details on here for everyone? What colour and code is it? Behave :lol: RAWBHP, The details are as follows: -30 years experiance of mixing solvent paint -a paint scheme consisting of around 30 tinters -alot of time and patience -a spare Brembo caliper Failing that go to B & Q and buy some gold Hammerite. Air Bag Reset Reset Proedure This procedure has worked for some people. Others claim it does not work, however it was pulled directly from the official Nissan Service Manual. So if it does not work for you, then there may be a problem with your airbag system and it should be checked out. 1. Turn ignition switch from OFF to ON. 2. Air Bag warning lamp is on for 7 seconds and turns off, the turn ignition switch OFF within 1 second after the lamp turn off. 3. After ignition switch is turned OFF, wait for more than 3 seconds. 4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 two more times. (Perform 3 times in total.) 5. Turn Ignition switch ON. 6. The SRS lamp has been reset it. I actually done it 4 times. But worked all the same

After realising my girlfriend has completely screwed up my window (have to blame someone ) I'm after a window motor, I have stripped it all down and see that the bushes are all clogged up, I have cleaned up with WD but unfortunately not luck. -If any one has one kicking about please get incontact. -Does anyone know prices from the 'Stealers' -Has anyone else had this problem or know about it?? cheers guys. chris

I have had trouble with my passenger window going down....or in this case not go down at all. I dont know what i can do to get it down. The solinoid is clicking and if i put pressure on the top of the window it will go down on the button. I'm tempted to get the door card off and have a look but hoping there is a easier remedy. I know may be in wrong section but any help welcome
