  1. Motul RBF 600 or 660 is as good as any. In stock and good to go same next day. If you want some drop me a pm.
  2. It is not really an upgrade matey. Not much point in swopping out your plugs until they require replacing providing you have the correct plugs fitted in the first place.
  3. They are all quality brands mate and not much to choose between them. HKS will cost around £130.00 (in stock) GKN will cost around £140.00 (in stock) Denso will cost around £120.00 (a few weeks away yet) Also Denso Iridium Power IKH16 in stock for the VQDE 2003-Jan 2007 at £45.00 for a set of 6.
  4. I have the HKS and GKN plugs in stock for the 350 HR. I am also waiting on fresh stock of the Denso Iridium Longlife plug for the HR and the 370 and they should be with me shortly. Do not under any circumstances fit the Denso Iridium IKH16 to the HR as they are not suitable, and the information on the web sites is inaccurate. Also the plug for the 370Z is 1 heat range different from the 350 HR so be very careful with your plug choice. Alex.
  5. I don't think that there is a guide on here but I may be wrong. Give me a shout when you are ready and I will talk you through it.
  6. On the rear, the rebound is adjusted from the top of the strut either with a little wheel which fits over an extruded tab adjuster or a 2 mm allen key. The bump is adjusted from the bottom of the strut with a wire key.
  7. The best way to remove the nuts from the studs on the rear of the Y section is to heat them up and even then they may be so badly corroded that they will snap whatever. Drilling them out is not a big issue and like I said I have all the necessary gaskets and hardware. Either way you are going to have to get the car up in the air.
  8. The centre section bolts onto the rear of the Y section and not the manifolds. Just a question of replacing the bolts and nuts and gaskets as required. All in stock so no drama Alex.
  9. Saw this the other day and I would be more concerned about damage to the front chassis leg than the paint match. I have a car here at the moment with less panel damage but has been deemed a right off due to front chassis damage. So I guess it is yet another breaker.

    Tyre sizes

Assuming that they are 18" then yes they will go on, so that is the answer to your question. However the rears at 255 are a tad wider but should cause no issues and the profiles of 40 and 35 although not ideal will cause no real drama, but still best to stick to 45 or 40 profiles.
  11. Got about 20 Shaun but no Pearl. PM sent mate.
  12. Hi Matt and welcome to the forum

  19. I would think so Mike but I will let Chris confirm once he has considered the options.
