  1. Plenty in stock Oli Good to go same/next day You will have PM shortly. Alex.
  2. No requirement to go to those extremes Steve. Just take the bottom hose off the radiator and let the coolant drain from the engine and the radiator. Be careful that you do not scald yourself but do it whilst the coolant is hot so that the thermostat is open. Alex
  3. It would be interesting to know the views of peeps if the 370 had been faster. I have driven both cars and the Renault is much more fun on track in the wet and the dry. It was built as a hot hatch with track potential and it does not disappoint. The 370 as we all know is a GT cruiser and a damn good one at that and nothing really gets close in that price range. On track it really does seriously suffer from understeer in, and oversteer out, and you are constantly having to work really hard to keep the car right if you are on the limit. When the car understeers you have no option but to slow down and increase braking without turning in any more and wait until the car has slowed enough for you to get back on the racing line. Then for the oversteer as the rear of the car is about to overtake you, you will find it difficult to slow down, so your only option is to counter steer very quickly. These two issues alone were probably the main reason that the 370 was 2 seconds slower. As Colin said a little tweek with the geometry settings will sort those issues. I was a bit surprised at this choice of car test, however I also see what they were trying to do and they did not slate the 370 as it was purely a comparison track speed test and it did not surprise me in the slightest that the Renault was faster. As a daily driver it would be a no brainer, 370 everytime. Alex
  4. Nice one Pete Have you been down Union Street yet?
  5. 10 years is the maximum that you will get, even after 50 years of accident free driving Alex.
  6. Might be starter motor, might be battery issues. Guaranteed preowned starter motors in stock and good to go same/next day if required. Alex.
  7. Best to run with a strut brace. Find out where the interference is and "modify" the bonnet if poss. If that does not work, then a HR bonnet will be required. In stock and good to go same next day if you wish to go that route. I personally would ditch the Skunk and fit an ISO Thermal ModerDyne 5/16" Alex.
  8. I have a preowned set in stock which are in great shape.

  14. Hell yeah, follow your dreams mate, life is far to short for ifs, buts, or maybes. You will have great fun with the Zed once you shed a bit of weight and get it set up for track properly. Fuel, tyres and brakes will be your biggest ongoing outlay. However once you upgrade the brakes then all you will require is a set of fresh pads periodically. Get a spare set of Rays and stick a set of slicks on. (In stock at £240.00 for a set of 4) Sorry, afraid I can't help you with the fuel Alex.
