  2. First thing to do is contact the Trader and also send him the video. You will be able to gauge how helpful he will be by his reaction. He may ask you to take the car to local garage for diagnoses and perhaps fix. Does your warranty cover you for breakdown cover? Are you a member or RAC or similar? Remember you don't have a problem until you have a problem. Alex
  3. Not that then Check the fuel damper in the mornng You don't have a problem until you have a problem

  6. Sounds like fuel damper, get a hold of the fuel line beside the damper on the rear of the engine driver's side and check for pulsing in rhythm with the noise. Alex
  7. PM received and replied to Alex
  8. Only if both cars have or do not have self levelling
  9. Your 195 psi is only the compression of the engine and has nothing to do with oil consumption. If you wish to carry out a compression check to establish if there is any bore or oil control ring issues then a wet check may help you pinpoint the problem. However it may be something other than worn oil control rings, perhaps valve stem oil seals. I would get a pair of cats back on it and slightly different oil viscosity and take it from there. Alex
  10. In stock and good to go How many do you require? Alex
  11. Correct, if you have 6 pins then you will not have the headlight self levelling Alex

  17. Don't know if there is a guide, why don't you have a look in the guides section? However you can get access if you partially remove the front arch liner, however, I prefer partially removing the front bumper. Alex
  18. With no offence meant to the traders,I don't think they are bothered as long as replacement arms are available for then to supply or supply and fit. There are aftermarket arms available (quality unknown) for which balljoints have obviously been obtained from another source other than Nissan. With respect I do not think that is the case. The traders on here are very much bothered and we do our level best to serve you guys with quality products at huge savings and at times you have us jumping through hoops. I find your comments offensive and uncalled for So just to be clear: The ball joint for the compression rod is not available on its own and if this ball joint fails, then you have no option but to purchase a complete new compression rod. Alex.

  21. What are the procedures in the service manual?...i've not come across them on a forum search . Have a read of the service manual mate, it will explain the procedures better than I can
  22. Very common for no movement to be found on the compression rod ball joint by mechanics. However I can assure you if your ball joint was checked as per the procedures in the service manual then it would be found to be unserviceable. It takes very little for the ball joint to knock and the movement is hard to detect by the naked eye. Alex
  23. I have in stock the bushes that you require. You do not require to replace the complete arm. Please refer to my previous post where I included links to the arms and the bushes. The bushes are in stock and good to go same next day. Alex
