If you have the miss on tick over it should be very easy to trace what cyl.
Isolating the cyls with or without the correct tools is very simple.
Have you carried out a compression check as I previously mentioned?
If you are leaning to fuel issues then just stick in some injector cleaner, you have nowt to loose.
However, best to back to basics and remove the guesswork as this should be easy to trace.
