Sounds like you may have a bonnet hinge starting to sieze up. Just take the bonnet off and lub all the hinges and work until free or same can be done with bonnet in place. The bonnet is adjustable form the 4 bolts on the hinges and also at the landing panel at the striker plate at the front. Alex.

What Watshot is referring to is the hard line that goes to the caliper. This has to be removed when fitting Hel lines. That is why the Goodridge lines are my personal preferred choice as the hard line to the caliper is retained. Alex.

ABS pressure sensors are in stock and good to go same/next day. No requirement to replace the ABS actuator unless faulty. Dave, check that the float and filter are positioned correctly within the brake fluid reservoir and that the fluid is definately on MAX. Alex

Not a fan of EBC brake stuff, however in this instance a fluid change and a proper bleed, in the correct sequence will fix your issue providing there are no leaks. Yes it is a DIY if you are handy with the tools and you have the correct tools and equipment to carry out the task. It is a 2 man job as the gearbox is heavy. Quite a few forum members have successfully fitted a new clutch and fly kit. It definately will not fit properly unless you replace the front arch liners with facelift liners. Also the headlamp washer stuff is all different and is not interchangable. Alex.
