That is the hard way mate: The easy way is to simply attach the painted cover to the jet with the 2 screws, and then pull out the "tube" and clip in the jet and cover as one unit. So you don't need to undo the screws? Correct.

The jet is attached to the the painted cover with 2 screws. Simply pull out the spring loaded "tube" and the above jet and cover just clips in. A very simple operation once you have done it once. Alex.

I have one of these and I can confirm that it is great bit of kit. I have used it on 350Z UK and JDM, 370Z and R35 GT-R plus many other non jap cars. Cost me £59.00 to my door. Alex

I only sold the new parts side of the business to Clark Motorsport. I am presently dismantling 3 x 350Zs at the moment so should have most of what you require. Any new parts required then just give Clarks a shout. Alex. -

It is at most a 1 x hour job to swop out the compression rod. (banana arm) Clark Motorsport stock the busings etc. Alex.

You remove the trim and the air bag as one unit. However there is one bolt/nut which holds the air bag to the body and this has to be removed and this will probably be the bolt/nut which is causing your removal issue. Alex.

That is because they probably never bothered to check the DMF when the box was out. Upside: New clutch and DMF under warranty. Alex.
