  1. Welcome to the forum, why don't you put up a post and introduce your self properly. In answer to your question, "Is this a good buy " ? Well that will depend on how much you pay for it. Factor in £850.00 for a new roof and £500.00 for a wheel refurb (diamond cut) And perhaps a grand as a contingency plan due to the mileage. Also best to pull the codes to check out the EML light, in case it is something more sinister than the cats (before you hand over your cash.)

    Coilovers

Not worth the risk IMHO so best to avoid. Cheap ebay Chinese tat. Buy cheap pay twice. Just saying.
  3. Definitely required, just reposition to eliminate the interference issues.
  4. Hi Alex! I know this was ages ago but don't suppose you have another in stock? I don't think that I have any left in stock Josh, however I will have a look next time I am over at the shop and drop you a PM if I have one.
  5. The cheap after market Brembo pad is a budget pad, however it works reasonably well for normal driving. DS2500 would be my obvious choice as an upgrade from OEM for fast road use, however there are plenty others depending on your intended use, You have not stipulated your front and rear set up, although you say 2 piece discs which I assume is fronts. What are you running on the rear ? What brand of 2 piece discs are you running on the front ? Are they fitted correctly ?
  6. You don't say hot or cold application, however the brake servo stiffener works well, however air in the system or poor choice of pad compound may be your issue.
  7. That is just sound proofing, so just make sure it is well away from the pedal fulcrum because if it is snagging then this may well be your issue. Glue or double sided tape should do the trick.
  8. Do a reset and clear the codes. Report back here if problem reoccurs with the new codes. Common traction issue this time of year with wet roads.
  9. Probably a traction issue due to a heavy right foot. Do a reset and clear the codes. Report back here if problem reoccurs with the new codes.
  10. As above. Never experienced this issue before.
  11. Please refer to our pm conversation which you started on the 4th Dec.
  12. If the baffles have moved and restricting the emissions then yes, loss of power would be evident.

  14. If hydrolocked, just pull the plugs and spin her over to remove the water, and keep your fingers crossed. Can't see it being hydrolocked if running stock air filter.
  15. Best to contact one of the team for the T&Cs if you would like to become a trader.
  16. Thank you Zeus. Plenty pre owned In stock. Just drop me a PM Matt if I can help further. Alex.
  17. (1) Fix Fault. (2) Turn heating on for that room. (3) Buy decent dehumidifier. I bought one over 30 years ago and has turned out to be a brilliant investment. I used it predominantly in the tournament ski boats as the carpets were always soaking after a day on the loch. Just positioned it in the centre of the boot, pulled the cover over and presto, next day bone dry. Be the dutiful son and just buy him one for his Christmas. Sorted.
