  1. 8 laps should be plenty I think, what day are you doing it? Just wondering if you say it's great then I could still book myself in if we're out there
  2. I looked at doing one of those experience days too, at Daytona when I'm out there next week. Like you say though, hellishly pricey and I just couldn't justify the cost. How many laps did you go for? My best mate drove one out there many years ago, said it was amazing. Enjoy fella, I'm sure you'll love it
  3. Arsenal still need another midfielder to cover Ramsey and Sicknote Wilshere, IMHO. Plus another utility defender to cover the back line, plus a keeper... Chelsea look to be the complete team this year with Fabregas and Costa. Citeh will do well as always. Man Utd could have another difficult year if the team don't adapt to LvG's style of management, but then I think it's pretty similar to how SAF ran the team so maybe no issues there. I'm hoping Spurs will do better now they've had a year to bond as a team. Liverpool could be okay without Bitey McBiterson, but will rely very much on Sturridge & Old Man Gerrard to carry them.
  4. Ooh that last pic isn't flattering
  5. Lol pwnt Seriously though, ITV coverage is dreadful. Why any one would choose that, I've no idea. I could live with the adverts if the overall programme was good (Sky is a perfect example of this), but ITV offer nothing. I get that Adrian Chiles is supposed to be giving us a more relaxed and casual 'mates in the living room' approach to punditry, but he tries just that little too hard for my taste.
  6. Sorry, maybe I was unclear on the wording of carrying over NCB. You may have 10 years NCB which eSure accept, but then when you come to move on you find they only give you a letter stating you have 6 years NCB. Not uncommon, may not make a lot of difference, but it also could do and could well be frustrating in the future. They may charge you £45 now to add the exhaust, but what if you decide to change the air filter? Or the brakes? That could be another £45 each go, if they even accept them. You could also find yourself speaking to a call centre monkey when trying to describe things on your car, and that can be very painful. Of course, they could be perfectly fine and it might well be a bargain, in which case go for it.
  7. Don't just look at the cost, look at the overall policy. What are the opening times? What is the excess? Courtesy car included? Reviews from other customers? Glass cover? How many mods allowed? Any kind? Cost of admin fees? How much NCB do they let you carry over?
  8. ^^^ Exactly. Fronting is illegal, adding an older person as a named driver is not.
  9. Pretty much. Also, Germany win the Hot Wags award. All absolute stunners
  10. Lol playing Happy whilst Messi looks miserable
  11. Just test drive for an hour or so, I would imagine. Maybe more if you pay fuel.
  12. Get one of the small rectangle ones and stock it to the left hand side of the number plate mate, that's what I did with mine.
  13. So, European teams can't win a World Cup in South America, eh? Great job Germany, best team in the competition won.
  14. Independant dealer. Basically, anywhere selling one local within your price range that you might buy.
  15. Stunning finish. Worthy of winning it.
  16. Go to an indy and get a test drive. That's what everyone else does.
  17. Great video matey, that is above and beyond fella Yeah, I could live with one of those for sure.
  18. Well, everyone said they had huge balls to thrash the Brazilians in their own back yard
  19. I would imagine it cost somebody their job.
  20. Two immense tackles there from the Germans!
  21. I dunno, I traveled from Essex to Warwickshire for the setup on the 911. Always worth it if you know you're getting a good end result, then you can just take those numbers and have someone more local do the annual check.
  22. Same issue here, on iOS.
  23. Laser or string, it doesn't matter: Setup is only as good as the person doing it. Where were you planning on going? I love Oulton, yet to try Cadwell though.
  24. It's really not. It takes about 5 secs to wind the window down, which isn't practical to do. It also won't help you in those split-second moments when the unexpected happens. Look, each to their own and all that, but don't try and pretend your visibility isn't compromised at all when it clearly is.
  25. Not Zed specific, but I run my MR2 with the BCs 4 steps harder all round when on track. Start with the settings at halfway, and adjust to suit. You'll probably want to get a good geo done as well, preferably before. What track/s are you planning on visiting? Proper tracks will suffer a stiffer setup than airfields.
