  1. I don't do PC games at all any more, this is strictly a one off I loved Sim City back in the day, so thought I'd give this a punt seeing as how it's so cheap. Glad I did, but equally I can see it ruining my life.
  2. Don't get this, ever. You'll lose entire days of your life. It's what SimCity should've been. Oh god, it's so incredibly addictive! Scales really well too, so should run on just about anything well enough.
  3. Have I missed something? Who said the what about Saville now?
  4. Best thing about the silver one is that there's no god-awful sat nav in it! That really is a crappy thing, I'd much rather have the cubby to put a decent unit in.
  5. Veryserious Will Straightasadie Will Justcallmeplainold Will
  6. Well, it all depends on what you want from your driving experience I guess. For me, it's not masses of power strapped to something that was never designed for it, but each to their own.
  7. Falcon Punch is fine to google. Donkey punch, however...
  8. Including purchase price, and all mods, you'll get an Evo 6 to bigger power more reliably than you would a DE 350Z. Your point was about a turbocharged Zed to 750bhp feeling quicker from the get go than a 458, which it will, but so what? Anything can feel quick if you triple the power by adding a turbo to it! A 458 doesn't feel stupidly quick, you're right, but that's what makes it such a great car.
  9. All I wanted to say that 350z would blow 458 on strait line. Nothing else plus this Z has remarkably controlled deliver of power and momentum. Other comparison of this 2 car are pointless. Just brakes of 458 cost more than Z I get that, but so what? A modified Evo to the same power will leave a 350Z dead in a straight line AND round the corners, and be cheaper too.
  10. "...and that's exactly what happened, officer!"
  11. A 458 is one of the greatest cars ever made. You could give me a 350Z with 1000bhp and I'd still take the Ferrari. Absolutely fantastic car to drive, and possibly the best chassis of any car I've ever driven including an Elise.
  12. You shouldn't give a damn what any one else thinks. It's your money and your choice, other people may well take the p*ss but that's just what people do. Shrug it off, move on.
  13. I'd rather walk than drive a Chevvy Cruze.
  14. I can only speak from experience. A £5K own-fault claim made zero difference to either of my premiums, when I haggled between insurers to get the price down.
  15. I'd rather smear my own faeces on my car than use anything with Simoniz on it. Would give better results, too.
  16. I've been known to be able to make people feel sick on track quite easily, I'm not sure whether that's a good thing or not...!
  17. If you haven't booked up already, you're going to struggle to get anything at this point. Some places have a handful of camping sites left, but they won't be the better ones. Saying that, as long as you have somewhere to sleep, then that's all that matters really! Tickets for the main event can be bought on the gate, but for ease you might as well just pay the extra and get them from your operator. I'd definitely get a grandstand, that way you're guaranteed the sun is going to shine all weekend whereas if you didn't then you know it's going to rain Le Mans is one of those events that's different for everyone, and there's no right or wrong way to enjoy it. And I'll second the 'don't speed' thing. Having had my licence confiscated and relieved of 750EU at a cash point (never mind them chasing me for another 750EU when I got home), I can confirm they don't much around. That said, you can have a laugh with the gendarmes when they're trying to fill the paperwork out and you don't speak French: You try miming 'plumber'...!
  18. And if you don't want it to flood if you need to turn it off, hold the revs at 4k when you switch the ignition off. Just budget for a rebuild, around a grand and you'll have it sorted
  19. Yeah, decided to make the most of the trip, bit more time to relax
  20. We're going out on Weds at 8:20 on the Tunnel, returning Mon at 17-something.
  21. Yup, should be fine. Keeps the 20mm stagger, and 245s do fit on 9.5" rims (just!).
  22. I know a bloke who can get you a cheap sawn-off, no questions like.
