BBC coverage has been sh*t since Sky started up. Once again, there's a reason that Sky become the go-to people for sports and no-one actually objects to paying the money for it. They're simply the very best at what they do. Regardless of whether you like the presenters or not, the overall package just wasn't very good. It'll be interesting to see what C4 do with it, but it won't tale me away from Sky.

*coffee --> keyboard* Thanks for the kind words mate, appreciate that.

The only colour you could legally change them to is white, which would make the exercise a little pointless so I wouldn't worry about it.

No, just go and see them. Arrange a proper meeting, it'll be a lot easier and quicker to get a solution than to do it via letter, plus you can show the manager the footage. It'll have to go back to the same place (probably), but ultimately if the work is completed correctly who cares? Make it a condition that the dashcam stays on at all times.

You can get all these from Porsche, the gen 1 997 GT3 stuff will fit. http://www.suncoastparts.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=P&Category_Code=987C34INTALC&Product_Code=&Search=&Sort_By=disp_order&Per_Page=-1

Bit of both, really. Personally no, I don't rate the performance side of the Kumho range much (never tried the shopping trolley side on shopping trolley cars so can't comment) so I wouldn't ever go that route barring an emergency. Which Proxes? T1Rs are f*cking sh*t and I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole; T1 Sport I have very little experience with and would love to try them as a reference guide; R888s are my go-to tyre for track and mostly-track cars (I'll definitely get a set for the BMW at some point, that'll be hysterical!); and I've not seen any R888Rs in the wild yet but I expect them to be comfortably better than the 888s, in the dry anyway.

Nothing from the Kumho range is really suited to a big, heavy, powerful car like the 350Z. It's just how the car reacts to them: For instance, it's a general rule that the OEM 040s are shite on the 350, which they are. However, they're a billion times better on the Zed than they are on the MR2, which also had them as OEM, as they need a bit of weight to get them working well. Just as easy to have the reverse, or something different. I once tried a set of T1Rs on my old VXR220 after enjoying them on the MR2. They were utterly horrid, and I destroyed them on one trackday without really trying. On the MR2 they'd have lasted ages, but the cornering forces generated along with the extra power meant they just couldn't cope. As a very unwritten rule goes, the more expensive (and likely more powerful!) the car you have, the more need there is to run more expensive rubber to get the most out of it. I can promise you 100000% that if I gave you a 350Z on Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta (sadly discontinued) you'd love it. I enjoyed those tyres too. I'd then give you a 350Z on MPSS, and you'd never ever go back to the VUS again as you'd find them wallowy and lacking in any kind of grip. It's all about perspective, and in general most people don't run or try more than one or two tyres at most on their cars, so they think whatever they have is fine. A very telling point on here is that no-one who has spent the relative little extra for the MPSS has come back with anything other than universal acclaim for them, and certainly no-one has felt the need to try anything different. A good set of tyres will be worth far more in terms of performance than another £300 on pads or another £1K extracting 20bhp will, road or track.

On a Civic sure, I'd Kumhos. On a 350Z, not a chance in hell.

SOGA no longer applies, it's now the CRA. They do not have to supply you with an invoice, nor a letter stating the work that was carried out. Of course, it's good practice to, but they are under no obligation. 30 day warranty means zip, unless you've bought a Cat B car for £50 then the CRA covers you. Tbh at this point I'd be booking an appointment with the dealer principal (if a small-ish garage) or the sales manager (if bigger), and show them the footage. Ask them if they think that's acceptable (remembering that it's not their employees that did the work, so they can't exactly fire them!) and point out what still needs doing. Quite simply, if you don't get the response you want then the next step is to release that footage to the media, as they'll lap it up. Did you at least point out the issues within the 30 days?
-
Make sure they're not runflats, I've seen that mistake happen on here before. Good choice, they're still excellent tyres as you know. I suspect you'd have been disappointed if you'd switched to a cheaper option, as you'd have lost grip & feel. Next time when you have to change them all do consider the MPSS: They're not cheap (although cheaper then the RE050A now), but they'll last so much longer than the rivals that they do actually work out cheaper. The fact that they also perform the best is just a nice bonus

Put stock springs back on. No point having a car that looks good but can't go anywhere!
-
What do you want it for? What must it do/not do? Budget?
-
Match the fronts, don't mix tyres.
-
No issues at all, keep it below 3k rpm to avoid any potential issues associated with running in any major installation and you'll be fine.

Star Wars - The Force Awakens Discussion *SPOILERS*

Did he though? He was a smuggler who abandoned the Rebellion in their hour of need, only to come back and steal the glory at the end. He did other good things, but ultimately he wasn't exactly a hero. He got the death his character deserved. -
Unfortunately social media seems to be the best way to do these things. If that's really not an option, then I'd suggest a phonecall to the management company in the first instance, then follow it up with letters, emails etc. No harm in trying the venue, perhaps they might have some ideas too?

Think I just did a little vom.

Pretty much. At least Hollyoaks has eye candy, I'm not sure EE has any redeeming features.
-
Don't worry Graham, I still think you're rubbish mate. ;)

So was slavery and colonisation, however we did wise up and figure that these are Bad Things we should abolish for the good mankind

Tbh if it's not come back or happened since you reset the codes, then I'm not sure I'd worry too much about it. Could be a dodgy coilpack on the way out, or something wasn't quite plugged in properly, or a bit of water go where it shouldn't, or anything really. Don't let it bother you, cars do weird things sometimes and then they sort themselves out

It suddenly appeared there one day, like a gift from Santa! Or more like Satan

It used to look pretty, then Lexi wrecked it

Nuances? It was basically the same film! But yeah, he's the best director out there right now, bar none.
