  1. But vice versa, the 350 driver wouldn't know which way the M3 went. Enjoy the 350 for what it is, don't bother making it something it's not. Even if you made it quicker in a straight line, it would never sound as good nor have a chassis that sublime.
  2. You're going to need a very large Rizla paper to do that.
  3. Agreed. She's banking on Remain winning, as otherwise she was on a losing side and that'll do nothing for her either. It's the same risk that BoJo has made.
  4. Stupid woman, done her career no favours by doing that. The sums from the Leave side haven't changed since day one, so how comes she's suddenly realised they're nonsense?!
  5. Get under the bonnet and check the hose connections. That would be the first place I'd start looking, see if you're actually spraying the fluid in the engine bay.
  6. Seats and gearbox are a billion times better in the BRZ86 than in the Datsun. It's a much more playful chassis too, but I agree the engine is just too harsh to be any real fun.
  7. At £8k, I wouldn't even bother trying to find something cheaper to run. At £2k sure, MX5 every day, but whatever you buy it'll be an unknown quantity so could well end up costing you more to get it up to scratch.
  8. Would you like a whoosh parrot there, Vlad?
  9. Avoid being gay. They don't like it up 'em. They're fine with steroids though.
  10. I like to break them in gently
  11. Never, which is a trifle concerning. I expect they're the cheapest of the cheap, you're doing the right thing by getting rid of them
  12. Ignore that EU rating stuff, it's complete nonsense. You could make far more of a difference by utilising your right foot than by changing tyres.
  13. Definitely not! They'd be fine for a 1.2 Corsa, not for a heavy sports car. FK453 would be the 'lowest' I'd put on the car. I could start the rant about how the MPSS are actually the cheapest as they'll last the longest, but everyone's heard that by now
  14. People who have pop multiple kids out voluntarily and then think they have the right to a space at the front of the store :p I jest, I park as far away as I can. I'd rather walk 30 secs more than risk parking next to a muppet.

    Tyre thread...

    Kyle speaketh the truth.
  16. Meh, the planet will sort itself out, me driving a dirty great V8 isn't going to make any difference.
  17. If your 350 is still around in 30 years it'll be a miracle The rules aren't changing any time soon.
  18. 1. Bin the Megs. Seriously. 2. I like the Lake Country ones. Get one of each colour. 3. Do it when it needs it, but yes I'd clay before a machining. I wouldn't on a normal wash. 4. Clay does that for you. But if you have tar stuck to the car, then a tar remover works. 5. Nope. I just use a decent one. 6. Occasionally, but using a decent product in the first place is the best bet. Short but sweet.
  19. There's every point in taking it to the limiter, that's what it's there for. Pfft, might as well buy a diesel.
  20. Convertible?! Never picked you for a hairdresser! Beautiful car. Great colour combo too!
  21. How bizarre, I was only thinking of this car earlier today when a Passat went past me on the A120 as that's where the rear lights come from. Good spot sir
  22. A grey one! No idea, sorry. Probably kit car though, looking at the fitment of the wheels and headlights.

    Tyre thread...

Correct sizes, yes. Michelin do make a 225/45/18, no idea why they can't get hold of it.
