  1. Definitely not! Just waiting to arrange a time for the hospital transfer now, no real rush as at least I've got the authorisation now which can be the awkward bit. Although potentially not as awkward as making phone calls discussing how you're about to get moved to a private room with drugs on demand and proper tasty food, when you're surrounded by older guys who are struggling to get a nurse across just to bring them a commode
  2. Megalols  Consultant was ace, really nice guy, am probably going to be moved across to private this afternoon. Likely to be in for another three days minimum. I just love how stuff just gets sorted, no faffing, 'ave it. Might be able to get the op done before I go away to Rome at the end of May, if the infection settles down enough.
  3. Nah, I genuinely think it was a good looking car in the flesh. Oh btw, if you need to get hold of me then do it via PM on here, I've no access to emails right now and I suspect t you might want to chat
  4. I'm surprised it only needs 8L of oil though, not so much about the 18mpg
  5. In fairness I had to listen through broken headphones on a hospital ward, so didn't really crank it sounded absolutely lovely, like a proper v8 should
  6. I actually tried to take one earlier but felt a bit creepy/pervy so wimped out Cheers man, that's good to read and know what to expect. I thought I was feeling better but when the morphine failed it all just kicked straight back in again, so definitely not even close yet. Temps are about 39/38 at the moment, so can't get my temps down yet. Just want to get the op done and dusted. The consultant is literally just starting his round here now so hopefully I'll know more in about 5 mins.
  7. Sounds like it's worth a look in, wonder if I can get it before MEA comes out...
  8. They are though. No-one who has put them on has found them to be anything other than awesome, and certainly they're a billion times better than any runflats. If you want to buy a cheaper tyre that's fine, but don't kid yourself it's a patch on the MPSS/MPS4/MPS4S. Assuming you're on a 370 as the 350 didn't come with runflats, the 19" MPS4S are the things to be wearing this year.
  9. Oi loiks thart. A lot. Nice work dude
  10. This is genuinely awesome. Again. Can you stop making the rest of us look like lazy, useless incompetent halfwits please mate?!! Well, I know you'll struggle with me, by it's everyone else I'm thinking of honestly, just love these threads.
  11. They fixed the machine! I've broken it again

Still love that colour combo. How are you getting on with it? Have you 'figured out' the way to drive rear engine yet?
  13. Hurray, you can buy a proper car now! ...Oh.
  14. And he was black, back in a time when it wasn't cool to be so. That should never be underestimated, especially in institutionalised racist America.
  15. Man maths ftw I'm looking at 144mhz monitors for my PC. With the 1080, I've now officially switched to PCMR. Until the Xbox One Xtreme is released at E3 with Forza 7 in 4K and a VR headset to match, of course...
  16. And thank you all, it means a lot, honestly.
  17. I've just broken the auto morphine machine I was given, noooooooooo :( Help me pretty nurses, help me!
  18. 510s are shopping trolley tyres, just no. Not sure what else I've written in this thread, but there's a misconception that more grip = less fun. Part of the reason the MPSS are so good is that they give you bags of feedback, which encourages you to play with the rear end knowing you're under full control of what is going on. Sure, they'll slip less than a Linglong, but they'll also tell you when they're slipping which is just as important. Vredesteinn Ultrac Sessanta used to be the pinnacle of feedback, but they're now sadly gone. Nope, the MPSS is still where it's at, cannot comment on feedback from MPS4/S but I'd be surprised if they're any worse.
  19. Speaking of Mustangs, and to never let it be said I don't give credit where it is due, I saw my first one in silver at the weekend. Bizarrely as it seems, it suited that colour better than any other colour I've seen it in (all of them!) in coupe form anyway. Didn't seem as frustrated by proportions, and indeed looked a very handsome vehicle. So there you go, the Mustang sits alongside the original SL and DB5 as looking better in silver than other colours. Lofty company indeed!
  20. And to just think, without Michael J Fox travelling back to 1955, we'd never have heard his music 😔 A great loss to guitar music, pushed many a boundary back when it was a huge risk to do so.
  21. True, but only the once as she said you can't satisfy her like I do #herecomesthewrong
  22. I don't think practicing on your mum counts as a streak dude

Night blue or Midnight blue? I know we had this conversation before and can't remember, swear it looks midnight because of the purple in the light
