  1. By all accounts, yes. Put it this way, I'll be going MPS4 when my current MPSS are dead.
  2. Phil Hammond making noises about being restrained because of the promise not to raise income tax, and then quick PR from Tory HQ saying that this doesn't mean that he will if they get in. Very poorly timed comments from him, and I'm not so convinced that he wouldn't like to push the standard level of income tax up by a percent just to make life easier. I don't think he will, not before Brexit. Little things like that can quickly become big things in the media these days.
  3. Aww heck I done gone done a heck a big spend today Pics to follow...
  4. Gents, can we try and keep this civil please? It's been an excellent and well-mannered thread so far, despite many of us sharing different opinions. If you have a point to make then please make it, but make it in a calm and rational tone. Thank you.
  5. @Graham: Tbh I don't believe for second that wasn't rigged to hell. Day before results his non-Corbyn supporting opponent just happens to get suspended? Yeah, okay. Honestly, the unions make Russia look democratic and honest. The PLP should be completely seperate from them.

  7. But who lets them? The NHS has massive purchasing power, it just chooses to roll over and get raped in the wallet.
  8. Anyone else I wouldn't believe, but you've got a trustworthy face.
  9. In that case, thank you for reducing my tax bill by paying more than necessary! I pay my dues too, I just don't pay more than I have to.
  10. Which is why politics doesn't work in this country, every time they make a hard but right call they get slaughtered on it.
  11. Absolutely agree 100%. This is why I think we should pay our MPs significantly more than we do, get the big business owners with a proven track record interested in helping run the country. Stop this faffing around, it's the most important job in the country so we should pay a proper wage.
  12. Because I don't want to pay any more tax than I absolutely have to. If they can't make laws that cover every base, that's their problem not mine. If I said to you pay me £500 and I'll legally save you £5000, you're telling me you wouldn't take it? No dodgy off-shore schemes or anything like that.
  13. You need EA Access my friend. Got me a fiver off ME:A, and SWBF is free on there now too. It's very good VFM if you like their games, FIFA17 coming this month too.
  14. Well that's hideously disappointing. I'm going to report you to the admin for blatant lying! ...Oh.
  15. *cough* Mass Effect *cough*
  16. Anyone else get it? Don't mind if it is just me being a bit thick, but I genuinely cannot see the connection here.
  17. Which is impressive you know that, since the only thing he did was like the picture you posted
  18. Go on then, explain it because I don't see it. OP asked for suggestions for a fun track car under £2.5K. You give him a 60's muscle car worth about £60K. Where's the two and two then?
  19. I was quite disappointed with this Hitman, as you have to rush through it to get some of the kills due to how the NPCs move around. I like planning my kills and taking my time, so didn't enjoy it as much as I wanted to.
  20. *translation: I didn't like how the poll was going so I cheated you all and am doing what I want anyway, ner ner!
  21. I would imagine the PM tells the CE what she wants to prioritise, then instructs him to find a way to do it. He runs off and tells all his plebs to do the proper maths, they come back to him with a couple of ideas then he passes that up the line to the PM, who makes the final decision. Politics is too political to leave it purely down to people who actually know what they're doing. They'd rather look good to the public than do what's right, hence the reason the NHS hasn't been torn apart and made into something that actually works.
  22. I didn't say I was straight everywhere Although that was mainly to do with the ice on the track, and the fact it never got warmer than -2c all day!
  23. Combe should be ideal for low power cars, you can just keep your foot in with no fear of actually doing any harm. I remember doing a day there in an R300 and by the end I was 100% throttle and reaching the limit of the gearing, that was an ace day
  24. I don't believe for one second that the PM doesn't okay every single move the chancellor makes, not these days.
