  1. Midnight Blue is classier tbh. And I say that as an ex Azure owner. Azure is nice, but having an HR is betterer.

    MPS4, not MPSS now
  3. Oh no, I’d keep your appointment with J17 just to waste their time like they waste everyone else’s
  4. I wouldn’t trust any of their branches full stop. Although tbh any dealer you buy from will give a certain amount of risk. It’s all about doing your homework on the car, checking everything is right before you make the deal and even more so upon collection, then contacting them immediately if you spot a problem. When spending £10K on something I wouldn’t have an issue driving to Scotland, if it was the right car. £100 in fuel is nothing at that point
  5. Don’t buy from Junction 17 unless you’re prepared for a fight and are comfortable using the English legal system. Revup is a good engine, 500 more revs than the regular DE which makes it more fun, however approx 5-10% of those engines have serious oil drinking issues. Your call on the risk there.
  6. Oh I forgot about that... *scribbles name from Christmas card list*
  7. Looks like it’s working well fella, although that’s the most boring video I’ve ever watched! Try some nighttime stuff next?
  8. Short answer, yes. Very bad idea. The odd pop here and there is cool, but a road car doing it all the time sounds ridiculous imho.
  9. That's okay mate, they couldn't get any lower

Indeed. However I tend not to trust other people on the road, hence I make sure that even when they run out of grip, I don't
  11. Have you tested the battery and alternator yet? That's literally the very first thing to try, both Sargara and myself have mentioned this now.

Aye, seems so. Before anyobe else rushes out to buy the 510 because they finished fourth, it's worth noting they were closer in points to 8th than 2nd.

    You ordered the 510s?
  14. Extensions fitted to the knob on the top of the shock, and bring them up through the plastics.
  15. Jeez dude, just trying to maybe adjust your reality so it actually sells. Really no need for the attitude. Still £50 more expensive than buying direct, plus then they wouldn't have to deal with someone with a chip on their shoulder Whatevs though buddy, I'm out and GLWTS
  16. Whilst I see your point, you can't really expect someone to pay £100 more unless they're desperate for the LD part.
  17. You need to get the battery and alternator tested.
  18. There's better suspension out there imho. The EDFC is cool at first, but really you only need two settings: Road and Track. It's a 30sec job to change without electronic control, so don't pay more for that as it's not worth the gadget factor. Change ARBs first, and then see if you want to change springs and dampers. You may well not.
  19. Wash your mouth out! Besides, they can't be, I've crashed a Cayman but never crashed a 911
  20. You may have no choice dependent on insurer, but do be aware that although many mainstream insurers will insure you with mods, they will not cover the cost of replacement should the worst happen. For example, Admiral group will let you put a nice set of wheels on, but if you find a wall jumping out at you one day then they'll only replace them with stock wheels. Unless you pay their extra premium of course... Always worth asking whether the value of the mods is insured, and it might be worth paying more to ensure they are.
