  5. Naaaaaa thats nothing mate you should see our fleet !
  6. Think how many weeks it would take to charge it and how many minutes before it discharged -- but then again Angry Birds must look ace on that !
  7. I would have thought wind-up gramaphones were more suited to your stable of cars Wind up naaa I have Marconi's latest Wax cylinder technology in my cars! Shame there was no 8 track with Doris .... most of them had them
  8. Nice however front looks a bit RX8 from some angles and that gay teeny lifting spoiler has to go!

  15. Thanks Mike ! Right your marked mate - next Zed meet I will park Doris close to your shiny showpiece and transfer some rust over! Just wait in 10 years time they will be saying the same thing about 350Z's thats assuming the chavs have not got them all by then and street raced them to death!

  18. Hi as you know we have amounted a little fleet of cars recently and with the purchase of Doris its getting a bit crowded on the drive so I have been trying to find a lock up capable of taking 2 cars and ideally with power on site. I looked at caravan places but they are always outside and blinkin expensive. Any ideas folks? I am in North Manchester area. Thanks
  19. Lucys 2002 import had no issues at all - and better paint than the UK ones! As long as they are serviced there should be no issues but check it over as you would any car - good luck
  20. and there was me thinking you were getting a new stereo! Wow that's an upgrade!
  21. What a good idea? Since I already work here it woudl cut my commute - damn then I could justify a Zed ragtop again! Where's my old Night Blue gone! Thanks Bronzee
  22. I know it's getting a bit ridiculous but it's bleeding hard to find a lockup where I can't work on them! Hey I only have 4 cars, Lucy has her 2! Long term something must go but I am brushing that under the carpet.....for now. Maybe one of those under the garden hydraulic garages might be a good solution - thunderbirds style
  23. Micra sport, mr2 roadster, older MX 5 or datsun cherry
  24. Speak for yourself Grandad As far as the memory goes there is a really great website that teaches you memory techniques, it really is fantastic and works a treat... now if I could only remember what it was called Oi cheek!! Only a couple of years older .... Ahem Anyway bit if an update , spent an hour trying to fix a petrol leak in the fuel line, managed to get petrol all over the drive when I tipped the jar I put underneath to catch the drips Handbrake cable snapped so just leave it in gear - of course I forgot this and nearly rolled into the garage door while turning the starter over. After charging the battery last night it holds full charge well and is back in the car. Suddenly both headlights now work? Amazing what a bit of copper grease does and tightening a few cables. The wipers have 2 speeds and are fine, the interior blower is good too and pushes out some air - wish my van's did!! So ended on a good note today after a shakey start but have discovered one Of my hub caps have gone missing , probably lying on the M74 somewhere
