Can't help with places in your area. I would take the rears home as I'm sure you'll be able to reuse them a few thousand miles time, if not someone else may be able to use them, no point in giving them to a garage, worst case is give them to another Zedder.

I think you are indeed getting paranoid, the problems appear few, those that exist have fairly simple fixes but worth checking for before you buy of course. No its a real reg as it comes up as a Renault Master on Autotrader. Often fleet policies don't come up on MID searches. didn't know that, very useful. A fun plate whether real or not.

Simple things like leaving seat heaters on can be enough to cause an issue, agree that after 3 wks a good battery should still be a good battery. Is there a definitive answer on to bump start or not to bump start a Zed ? Must admit I'd probably not try it but still interesting to know.

I have always tried to run pre-agreed overdrafts so only interest applies, easy done to set up especially if you have some building work going on and your payment and income stream are less predictable, this avoids the nasty fee if you do go over (always try to keep outgoings less than incoming as I can't see the point in giving money away to financial institutions). Hope you can come to some arrangement that is a bit better for you.

Welcome, lots written on clicky axle, best way to tell is windows down have a wall or similar to sides if possible and pull away slowly keeping revs down then slow down again and pull away again much as you would in a multi-story car park. If you have clicky then the sounds are a very metallic clink, I've tried recording them but it is hard to isolate from the exhaust sound on a recording, to start with the noise is a bit more of several little crackles (not unlike a breakfast cereal in rhythm) but say 4 or six then as it develops over time it becomes a much more distinct clink, say one or two then nothing which is why you need to do the slowing and pulling away to hear it. If you are only used to Turbo'd cars you'll find the zed deceptive as it can just pile on the speed (right foot dependent), if you really want the shove in the back then FI only thing that does that, more than a few done it but read up on it before you take the plunge.
