  1. Welcome, and Yes they have, Sarnie is right [darn it, that makes it about twice now ] 500-800 depending on your choice of tyre all pretty much better than what Nissan put on to start with. I think a hat has an influence on mileage as well. P1 seem to be 190 - 220 at the moment depends on where you are and of course if you supply your own oil it is less and you get better oil. About right for P3. String I used today was 1.2m, but it can vary. Modding can run up thousands ask around. For insurance check out http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10922 and http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=47 and damn damn damn Sarnie is right again that makes about 3 times. Welcome and enjoy ! Oh check out the for Sale section on here
  2. Good team work, doubt Liz believes it is training though

  4. Not kits per se, but you can get the parts list of the TSB list available on here, search away.
  5. again Some project, can't quite tell the full extent of damage but certainly looks reserved for the front end. Best of luck and worth considering the different look for the washers if you are having trouble sourcing them.
  6. Hence it was noticed you were around less since marriage and beginning of the thumb period of your life. Of course you should take everything as a compliment otherwise you would have a big complex for no reason at all of course
  7. I seriously think your under estimating how important engine shots are to potential buyers of a supercharged zed +1 and with the information about mileage since, which professional outfit did it etc., you are selling something a bit different and those that don't know need a nudge that it is well done, professional etc.
  8. then Askmid said "WH05HAT is NOT on the Motor Insurance Database today" so not so or is it
  9. not the first and won't be the last
  10. Welcome, welcome and and no I can't but someone will or have a search if not I suspect you'll get the usual ask the suppliers on here, browse around they all give pretty good service and sound advice from what I've experienced and read.
  11. Thought you might suggest Caroline who told you Do you remember the guy who advertised the couldn't fail to win pools technique ? Lived in Keynsham near Bath, oh just guessing guess Grandad must have talked about it
  12. All so very true from the "Never Beat Sarnie's Record?" to the PWs
  13. Welcome, Only sell a pair ? curious. As said ask and you never know what little gems might crop up.
  14. Thought you might suggest Caroline
  15. Welcome Worth checking the spare as said above, if both failed and not battery then you are in for a resync in the dealer so bank on a bit of Nissan time to do that. New keys I think for Zed are about £60-80 plus the sync time it removes the old keys as well. Other keys like X-trail are over £200 each so at least Zeds are a bit better. Enjoy this forum as well
  16. http://www.frequencemetz.fr/ There are lots online to choose from, the one above often has ok playlists, this is going depend on taste in music.

In Poland it stands for powodzenia meaning good luck, how apt Of course some might argue Power of Women
  18. Too easy that Mike It did seem an easy fix when I read it, more economical as well.
  19. Interesting stuff. A few years ago I met with a Professor of Automotive Industry and his view of the players in the market and what was changing and how it all fitted together, if I went back to all my old notes and things I could probably find it but that is a huge amount of searching. If you go back a lot of years it would have been very different, I had a relative who worked for Austin and in the late 60's and earlier with Issigonis as part of the design team from Morris minor right through and he told lots of stories including one when this little Japanese company brought over a car for them to critique and offered a substantial ownership deal, they of course turned it down but they apparently tore the car apart laughing at the engineering mistakes etc. all the time the Japanese were making copious notes, the rest is history.
  20. Only you can tell that, if you have AA / RAC cover then of course you should. I do wonder if you should check battery first as the problem seems inconsistent but potentially linked to items that have electronics involved.
  21. Good on you for doing it and keeping you and car in one piece which IMO is the most important thing in a non-track car and not in a race.
