The pipes and valves from the pump to the outlets are notoriously bad - i would disconnect the first pipe from the reservoir first and see if anything is pumped out first, before replacing the pump itself. If its making a noise at least, then there's more than a good chance it still works!

Erm... thaty sounds odd to me. Anyone can get hold of a replacement log book, im pretty sure you just phone up and ask for one. If the vin number matches that on the log book, then that *should* be alright as if it had been reported stolen then the dvla wouldnt have re-issued a new log book... unless the thieves were clever and spotted the zed they were going to steal, requested a log book and then stole it...! But then... would they make up a story that they're a trader? Probably not - they'd just pretend to be the actual owner and bung any old signature on it...

I had my K1 measured, bungs in, at 99.5dB. I think Oulton Park is 105 so you should be fine. Steve, i'd love to do this but my car wont take the abuse... so i'll see you on the 26th for drifting. At what point was imprexx99 being rude? I think he made a valid point, which was fairly put - not disrespectfully. I think if this thread were started 2 weeks ago the conversation would be a lot more opinionated, rather than the supra love in we've got here (after the ibherdesign debacle ). It seems that a few people are biting their tongues! Obviously we cant all like the same cars (apart from the zed), and supra's have never appealed to me in the slightest, partly due to the t0ssers around here that drive/drove them, and partly to do with the interior. It is imprexx99's opinion, and mine, that someone should be paying me to drive a Supra... and i'd much prefer an r34 skyline too, but that personal choice and its a free forum. I've always been the type of person to not say anything if i havent got something nice to say BUT the condescending nature of some of the OP's posts have prompted me to make my point. Ricky, no offence meant to you personally, you'll see that i've posted helpfully on your other threads, and even tried to hook you up with Lexx here, but imagine someone coming to your forum with a sierra cosworth or something and asking your members if they want an upgrade... you'd tell them to f*ck off

In the higher gears, i dont think the zed is that great. I've said it before on here - i had more torque in 4th and 5th in my 328ci bmw and would always overtake in 5th.. but the zed i usually drop down to 3rd

+1 sagaris is my fave realistic car. If only thy'd drop in price another 10k...

Mate, just cos its fast doesnt make it an upgrade. The zed is not really a quick car, and i dont really think it tries to be. The zed is hot car to look at currently though, probably as the supra once was back in the 90's. The zed turns everyone's heads now, whereas i feel like the supra would just turn the heads of blokes in their 30's, IMHO of course ...and coming on here and keep telling everyone that Supra's are better than zeds will not get you very far at all
