Had RSR sportsi coilovers on mine for a couple of years now and had no issues and that includes track days and lots of pot holed roads... I think your issue with running springs and getting a kit is that you may need to do some adjustment and you wont really get that with springs or not easily anyway... Also if you get a stiffer spring then you may not get the damping from the nissan shocks. You could see if you could get hold of some bilstein or some nismos. Dcash is running Bilstein's and drives very nicely... Are the spring rates not on the Manu's websites?

you and me both i just know i cant live with a droney car with all the motorway cruising i have to do. i will chat things over with Mark at Abbey and let you know how i get on. Would be very interested to hear how Mr Lizards zorst sounds on/in a standard car. Im quite keen to do something with the rest of the zorst as with the new decat pipes and xyz at certain rpm you can hear the exhaust flow through the pipes; its not a rasp exactly but it just sounds 'odd' as the standard back box is so quiet that there is no other exhaust noise to cover it up. I know its not just me being over sensitive as taking a friend out in it he said exactly the same thing. rev it when stationary and it sounds good, better then stock, but quiet - confirmed by non car mad friends. ive listened to loads of clips of all sorts of zorsts on utube, imho the shockwave sounds the best of the bunch but it looks like the version 2 hasnt made it to the UK yet. Maybe the forum can have a whip round so i can try it out and let everyone know what it is like?? Steves car is far from standard!! Not much inside it but the helmet normally helps to keep the noise out! Tracks it so its track legal on the noise... Dynamat in the boot normally sorts out most of the droaning esp in the rear arches...As does the thick carpet and the tonnau cover under the rear strutt..

Oil change and services far more often than a normal car, nismo oil coolers on some, uprated suspension on some, uprated anti roll bars on some, other high quality mods that wernt removed when they were put out for sale by glynn hopkin. Fully maintained as they wouldnt want any of the "drivers" to have a bad day due to badly maintained vehicals... Know of a fair few cars that are tracked a fair ammount and then not serviced or inspected, also know a fair few that have been trashed within an inch of their lives on the road and not looked after.. I know of one or 2 owners that have had ex Palmer cars and they had no issues what so ever so again, nothing to be worried about. Just like buying any other used car! Attak Z... Some of the imports have brembos on too But yes all UK ones have them on!

There are a few about on 53 plates, many were johny palmer track day cars but don't let that put you off, they were well maintained and some came with a few nice extras!!! Post a link up if you can as there are a few I know I wouldn't buy (will know by the reg!!) and as Ian says there are a few ways to tell, bumpers being one but then you got a few other giveaways that some are harder to change like auto windows on both doors, indicator stalks on the jdm side etc

ChrisS and I were unaware of forum events in addition to those which 350Z-uk forum are already signed up to, but our date was primarily chosen as a substitute for the Hoon that normally takes place in September for 350Z-uk members, but had to be dropped this year for various reasons. But now 350/370 owners have a choice for 18/19 Sept. weekend! Having checked out the NS itinerary, our respective schedules for the Sunday in Wales would not co-incide as our drive that day will not take us near the museum that I see is being visited in the morning before lunch and participants leave for home, when we willl still be out in the depth of Wales enjoying the fabulous driving roads on offer. Thanks for taking the time to look into this Colin, appriciate it and its a shame the schedules dont match up. If things change we know where you are and visa versa!! Enjoy

Somehow think this is going to be a bit of a blessing and a way of cutting down on the wastage that is involved in the NHS... Enough companys out there that could do a better job of running some of the hospitals then the people that currently run them... Wont end up like the states as the NHS has always been free and they cant change it... Am guessing it will still be centrally funded... Was on the cards the other day in the NHS speech esp when they talked about turning all into trusts.. Always had BUPA but never (touch wood) needed to use it as the NHS has got it sorted...

It should come down as it warms up an the oil gets hotter. If this is after about 20 mins then you may have a sensor or oil issue.... Mine does do a bit of moving but only when driving in a spirited fashion! One way to tell if its running right is when its warm to do 60 in 6th and it should read 60psi..

They are both made by Motordyne! oh wise and powerful fiddy i was asking as the OP said he already had the XYZ pipe, my question was that i thought the XYZ pipe was different from the one in the photo above and that i was wondering if the 2 would work together. there didn't look to be enough space to have an interchangeable section. and yes i'm aware they're both made by motordyne. try taking the stick out your arse, i asked a question thats all so less of the hostility. All right... Keep your hair on and put the hair dryer back in its storage spot... The pics show the zorst with the xyz pipe on it.. the V section and then the box is the "xyz" you can then change the box section for sports or decats... the discussed zorst is then the bit after the Box...

Try not to go with the japspeed Y-Pipe if you can... plenty of other option from dealers on here that give a dam! Any exhaust as said above Yes you can Yes there can be a difference if you get the right ones... Not all decats are the same! Reason why the 06 air box is so good is that Nissan spent an age and some $$$ to get it right and didnt just get somethign that had been fitted to other cars and shove it on... Had a Typhoon, AEM, Pop Charger and others on mine, and it seems that the pop charger gave me the best results, Dont belive the japspeed claim... its all bollocks! And they wouldnt get it off a stock car with out a remap of sorts. Only reason that I dont have the stock 06 box with a hiflow panel filter is that I am a magpie... Currently running a Typhoon / AEM Longtube with a PopCharger....

Abbey can replace the flexi's or can get the HKS one that I have on pretty quick... Also Sarah (ChilliRed) has a couple in stock, one I think is a copy of the 5zigen and is very well made...

Again? Snetterton Part-2 I think that can be total proof of how good Cusco Anti Roll bars and RSR suspension is!! 3 Laps of snetterton harrasing Bobby on the outside, drag racing him on the straights and all on 3 wheels!! (well 4 wheels but one with 0 air in it!!)

I dont think its full titanium, maybe tips put could just be blued tips as the end!
