  4. Isnt heat wrap heavy though? Sort of defeating the object of a thin walled light exhaust?
  5. uprated Anti Roll bars and Coilovers are probably a bit more necessary for grip and cornering, dont think spacers will do too much in that department so mainly cosmetic
  6. Spaces the wheels out so they fill the arches out and gives it a better stance

  12. Would prefer that to happen than get problems with chasis and running gear... dosnt the zorst run near the petrol tank? I take it this is during normal driving conditions on the road (and normal meaning sticking close to the speed limits!)? Dont think there would be much of it left after 10 laps of a track! Is it sold as a racing zorst?

  14. Isnt it a good idea to wrap it then so its not causing issues to other parts of the car??? Whys it get so hot? Thin material?
  15. thanking you very nice and ridiculous power but not exactly practical for me anymore +1 on the Supra, looks like a beast! Good luch with the search. And the sale! PS - you dont remember a former Supra owner known as Bismarck on the Supra forums do you? It is a beast cheers, if only i was man enough to drive it properly! Name rings a bell, ex fellow supra owner how was the switch from supra to Z? I was tempted about 18months ago but decided to go single turbo instead, i made the right decision as it has been a good experience. Now i am back on the Z scene Nah not me!! Its a good mate of mine! Unfortunatly his Supra is no longer around... he had a little off on a slip road onto the M1 that resulted in 3 side rolls and one flip end over end!! Hes now driving a 1974 classic merc ! He was the one that pointed me towards Zed ownership and have never looked back!
  16. Pipes have been heat wrapped (not that that will make much difference!!) and have some dynamat to go in the cabin to cover an area over the mani's... Had read that they may make things a bit louder!!

  18. Cheers Adam, thanks for your post and very true words! One of the reasons I chose Gary was down to his reputation around the tuning scene over here and his very extensive experience with Japanese cars, Nissan in particular... Also, its a first step in my modding experience and you dont get anywhere without a few niggles and trying a few things for yourself!

    New toy....

Hmmmm, one of those is on the list... But as I normally use powertools for drilling through, cutting and knocking things down, I am a tad worried about using one on the Zed.... Good luck stew
  20. That already happens on the M25 dosnt it?
  21. All ways happens with new stuff, did the same with my new side skirts on the passanger side about a 2 weeks after having them fitted... big scrape from a brick in the road... I do remember there was another owner that had his kit fitted, drove out of the body shop, 200 meters down the road and some woman pulled out on him and smashed the whole of the front up.... Bugger! New things done stay new for long unfortunately....
