  5. You could have had a free ford sierra 2000 Gave my dads one away after he passed, wish I had kept it now and had a play about with it but needed to sort his stuff out quick... It wasnt as good a condition as that one though!
  6. Oh and just to add!!! I would get some heatshrink and put that on the end of that briaded hose before you put the ends on... stops it fraying Just trim the heatshrink so you cant see it!
  7. Did you get them from Earls? If not have a look on there as they do all the end finnishers... EDIT!! Tired, just noticed you have them!! Gold! You beat me to removing the pic forgot to delete your pic when I replied! Opps Doh!!
  8. CS please can you post pics? I am not wanting to call you on this, but the bolts are for toe only or so I belive.... the camber needs to be adjusted by the arms... am happy to be proved wrong.... these are the toe bolts... Camber is adjusted by B and the full toe is adjusted by A on the cusco ones....
  9. Is that for toe or camber?
  10. the caster/ bearing bits dont look great, read a few reports that that type arnt very good, they are sold under a few guises... if you dont want to go for the cusco, try the eibach solution, had good reports...
  11. more info on that? what better options are there if any? I have offered the guy that needs the paint my professional car spray kit I am guessing that was a joke question on the dulux in the spirit of the thread
  12. This is a bit off topic but can somebody help me over the weekend to sort my crappy windscreen sprayers(more of a dribble TBH)? Spammin... Clean up in isle 9 please!!! 13. Hold on I had dibs on all of them, didnt you get my email... I thought we were going to cut a deal and buy up all the stock up of original Azure Blue and then sell it for ............1millionpounds......... After all it is a sellers market!!! But then I thought that I could buy 200 units on here and then sell it on ebay at a profit....................... Anyway CS, the supplies need to get there pretty soon, then new body shop are fast running out of the items already donated and they are going to be nightmare to keep under control if we cant keep em working!!!
  14. Point is on the remap that it totally invalidates your wtee and any chance of proving them wrong.... unless you can get it back to whoever did the remap and get them to put back your original image... If piggyback then at least you can remove PDQ and everything looks "normal" on the ECU side... that was my question about any wteee! wouldn't a Haltech sort out this issue. disconnect it before heading to the stealers and your back on OEM ECU? does ceramic headers offer superior performance to stainless steel ones (putting heat resistance issues aside)? which headers have 3 equal length pipes and which ones dont? I also noticed some companies on ebay US offer a complete system from headers to back box for reasonable money, although I never heard of the brands, its seems interesting to say the least. it would also be interesting to see how you get on with fitting LHD headers versions on your UK car. keep us posted Haltech yes, but costly and there are other options Haltech / HKS vcon good if your going FI. And yes, they are easy to turn off but because of the mods your car prob wont be running too well! I think ceramics are better, remember reading about them on a forum somewhere Most if not all are based on equal Are we talking longtube manifolds (headers)? got any links? The best are pricy, and more expensive than standard to cat ones... I wouldnt as you get rid of the cats and come MOT your looking at a lot of cash to put the cats back in! Am fitting RHD japanese manifolds so am sure they will be fine! But will update you
  15. Sure you want to put your postcode on the web?
  16. Come on mike, you must have one somewhere.... Its for a great cause!! If the paint dont start rolling in I am going to have to resort in removing it from under bumpers and side skirts at the wales meet where you cant see its gone from and do a transplant on to the needy car!!! A kind of veneer process!!
  17. He has a little touching up to do
  18. Danny, have you got experience on doing this before?
  19. If piggyback then at least you can remove PDQ and everything looks "normal" on the ECU side... that was my question about any wteee! Sorry I wasnt refering to anything about which way you were remapping (piggyback or reflash), just meant that on OEM it might start to push it lean. WRT a reflash and it invalidating your warentee, they (Nissan) would be hard pushed to tell its been done if you use multiple maps and switch it back to normal map when its in the garage. I've seen it loads of times with the SEAT with a seperate map, they cant tell its on there. All their stuff behaves as it did before. They would physically have to HEX dump the ECU firmware to prove its been modified. Me thinks that you may be thinking that the Nissan 350z ecu has the power to hold more than one map.... perhaps it will suprise us! And yes, agree that if you dont remap then you may have an issue on stock...
  20. 200 I think a respray might be cheaper and quicker OK lets call this a charitable donation.... If anyone has a Azure Zed and has a spare touchup pen, please can they donate it to the "Save the Azure Zed" via myself or leave the pens in the various collection boxes dotted around the forum All donations will go towards keeping this very rare breed of Zed on the road for all to enjoy for years to come... All donations will be gratefully received and the owner will thank each one of you in his own special unique way.. Please remember that when donating, please tick the "you can claim B17 paint tax on my behalf" box thus enabling us to claim 20% more paint direct from Nissan... If anyone dosnt know what these pens look like in case they think they have one but arnt sure they look like this Thanks for listning....
  21. Yep, one or 2 bolts me thinks!
  22. hmmmm was looking for a cheaper option.... He needs about 200... Was really wondering if anyone had any part used ones about...
