    Last time I heard of something similar it turned out to be a bad earth Too many possibilities .. Fuses, earth, fuel pump, faulty immobiliser etc etc

    +1 the service key doesnt have a transponder chip in it to start the car (not recognised)

    is the air con turned on, that would explian the fans, have you tried a jump start ? when the battery is dieing they can do weird things on these cars
