yeah, the attitude makes it even more likely but my guess is his insurance company will say no. If he says he didn't do it and you can't actually prove it then that's that. It does look pretty vicious damage i have to say - not your normal door dings and with a decent gap between the two cars as well! Don't know what your weather's been like but maybe the wind caught his door and smashed it against yours hard. Having said that you'd think if he'd known that and had half a brain he would have quickly cleared off and parked elsewhere! Horrible feeling when your pride and joy gets hurt but hope you get it sorted out soon.

Hi there I came from a CTR and yes the gearbox on there is amazing so it does take a bit of getting used to the change but it shouldn't feel rough and you will soon get used to it. Scotland seems to be the zed capital of the UK - you lot will be able to start your own forum soon!

I would give autotrader a miss, get it advertised on here, pistonheads and even ebay (classifieds not auction) as all that is for very minimal cost or free! I can't remember last time I advertised on autotrader to be honest! Best of luck. P.S remember in your advert NOT to point out things it doesnt have - only the positives which it does have!
