  1. Crap, sorry to see this! That must be gutting mate. This is why my wheels only get washed with car shampoo and a wash mitt and no cleaners. And why you should always test any new cleaners in a test patch that cant be seen first.
  2. Keep it just ahead so it doesnt look obvious. Also remember to set the voting interval to be quite random so they know its not automated
  3. Is the chap going to do these in batches then from now on or can they be ordered as and when? Just for reference for newer members that might fancy them
  4. The wiring isnt there in the loom to get the heated seats working. Thats why I havent sold my OEM heated seats on, its a nightmare trying to get them to work. Movement is easy, even if the wiring isnt there, you just need a 12v feed to it. Heated part is much harder as there are a few relays and thermostats that apparently arent on the seats, but hidden away, which stops it being an easy swap out
  5. I have found Citylink to be the best delivery company bar none around my area. They are always prompt (I am at the start of their rounds so get deliveries nice and early - 8-8:30am!), they do knock loud, they leave stuff with my neighbours if I'm not home, or in our bin cupboard, or if they cant leave it, the parcel is always back at the depot when I come home from work ready to collect

Thats a bit too much dude!!! That fully depends on how well the car can adapt to different octanes. Back in Aug 06, Thorney Motorsport ( http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topi ... 7&f=57&h=0 )did a test with a 2003 BMW E46 M3 CSL, and as a control car a standard Toyota MR2. They saw the CSL drop 40BHP by switching from Tesco 99RON to a 95RON. Admittedly the car was mapped for this kind of fuel, but it shows how big the difference can be. Now the Zed is mapped for 98RON, so giving it 95RON over Tesco 99RON, I would hazzard a guess that you could quite easily lose 15BHP. On the fuel consumption side, I have seen many times that 99RON gets me more than enough in higher MPG to cover the extra cost (about 3 quid a fill up) over 95RON. Also, unless you drive around for a good while with 99RON in your tank before using it on track (say drive up there on it), then you probably dont see any benefit of it until the end of the day as it takes a while for the fuel trims to compensate fully for the better octane.
  7. nothing wrong with the pirate bay anyway depending on what you use it for Hes not that kind of pirate, hes a proper one with a boat and everything
  8. IF it is then mine is broken Its the ariel for the hands free phone
  9. I think usually people like PaintShield do them. Its just the 3M film they use on paint, but you'd be amazed at how strong it is. Never seen a perspex cover for headlights before.
  10. Wash it thoroughly and you will be fine adding a layer of wax on top
  11. Does make such a difference. With the Nismo, doing the backbox too bings a smile to my face when its sunny and you can see it gleaming Even if my neighbours think I'm mad
  12. Adam@Z1auto sells ICHIBA, so they cant be bad
  13. Something Jap, you can be certain of that
  14. Migrating O2s data warehouse to a new datacentre in Europe. Full of details of all those loosers that have iPhones. If your details are wrong next time you call customers services after Aug then it Huskys fault for distracting me
  15. Thats a pretty extreme way to get at the handbrake to adjust it! Better be Brides you JDM whore
  16. Mainly used Autosol, but recently used Meg NXT polish and it works just as well, but leaves behind a litte protection which makes it dead easy now to clean them as part of my wash with my old wash mitt
  17. They are good for apply some stuff, just dont expect to get proper results. It will give slightly better results than by hand and a lot easier. For example you could use one with AG SRP, and it wont really correct any scratches, but neither does applying it by hand. Same goes for waxes, makes it easy to apply and buff off. So not useless, just dont expect really good results
  18. Very good mate, bout time Thanks also to CS for braking my back (pun intended), I had to carry my discs to the car and it nearly killed me Cheers bud!
