  1. Small observations for now - those rear spats look all to tempting for some oik to try and stand on but I do like the rear wing proportion much more than the understated OEM on the 350 and not so prominent as the present Nismo versions for the 350. I presume the centre rear light is a Jap requirement - looks like they have borrowed the F1 wet weather warning light arangement.
  2. Whats the point unless you are taking people, including children, with no legs I had a look at the latest GTR yesterday that has two rear seats installed - totally useless in fact 'not fit for purpose comes to mind'

Don't you just love that editorial power
  4. No, as I heard it is going to be really busy as that is the day they auctioning off everything that customers have left there for more than 10 days !!!!, Is this in-fact true or ? ? ?
  5. The standard car is very quiet but with our new custom exhaust it sound stunning. The car was run in over in japan and went back to the HPC for its first service and software updates so all ready for action, seen 175 mph already at a local airbase on sunday, boy does it get there fast. Wheres the local airbase? Is it an organised event? Do you think you could get to top speed in a Zed? Can't wait to see the GTR Its the one that's top secret but has no doubt been used testing your car too

Deserves some respite from the constant flow of emails, pms, phone calls, photo requests - I'm amazed he finds time to do any hands-on work at all keeping everyone, and not just members on this forum, happy And then when he gets away he can't escape a few of us hunting his whareabouts down
  8. Hmmm - nice legs
  9. So when you found this advert just what had you been searching for seeing the title
  10. Good to see you again Phil and Andrew and letting a few of us 'locals' appreciate the car - awesome Just a little vid with the engine running - even at tickover it sounded like 50 mph
  11. Are you really ready to experience my other 'alf alongside you when you press the loud peddle - now that really is I would certainly be up for you showing me just what your car is capable of - no fear of that , but I somehow fear you would be awfully disappointed driving a ZED with half the horsepower you are now used to But you are very welcome to give it a go
  12. +1 - Massa did what he had to do but McLaren/Hamilton did not perform as they should and Lewis was very, very lucky. But overall the way the season has gone Hamilton deserved the championshp despite the FIA's attempts to undermine it. As Ferrari take the manufacturers crown they should be grateful. I wonder what Vettel is feeling now - clearly he has a lot of talent and having signed up for the Red Bull sister team that does not have the Ferrari power I wonder if we will see a move to Ferrari before too long as Raikonnen seems to have lost motivation and is so boring - frankly I can't see the Italians supporting him for much longer. Oh, and like SunsetZed, I am now repairing the damage caused by my missus during the last lap of the race
  13. Hi Ricky Car looks very - glad you got it all sorted OK . Look forward to seing you again in Wales/Scotland in the car - but full marks to you getting to the Hoon this year after such a devastating start this year and then more than holding your own with the ZEDs in your oil burning Civic Colin
  14. Welcome to the forum and.................2nd correction, black is the best colour Its because you like the car in primer is the reason your insurance quote is so good - they don't have to pay out for the top coat
  15. And I didn't see that one coming! And look out Digsy, one of those Mods will be along and your post will be moved to the 'off topic' section (as they will say it is not ZED related )

  17. A very pretty young speech therapist was getting nowhere with her Stammerers Action group. She had tried every technique in the book without the slightest success. Finally, thoroughly exasperated, she said, 'If any of you can tell me the name of the town where you were born, without stuttering, I will immediately have wild and passionate sex with you until your muscles ache and your eyes water. So, who wants to go first ?' The Englishman piped up. 'B-b-b-b-b-b-b-irmingham'. 'That's no use, Trevor', said the speech therapist, 'Who's next ?'. The Scotsman raised his hand and blurted out 'P-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-aisley'. 'That's no better. There'll be no sex for you, I'm afraid, Hamish. How about you, Paddy ?' The Irishman took a deep breath and eventually blurted out ' London '. 'Brilliant, Paddy' said the speech therapist and immediately set about living up to her promise. After 15 minutes of exceptionally steamy sex, the couple paused for breath and Paddy said '-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-erry'.
  18. Good cool there Stan - except the mpg is worse than a ZED I hear

    Wales May 09 Poll

Only a thought.... How about having the Sat overnight in Wales, either in one hotel or all staying close by? That worked well on the Hoon as it meant a great social get-to-gether on the Sat night and then straight into the real driving action for the whole of the Sunday. Then those who want to do the full blown 2 day meet can do the drive out from Chester on the Saturday and anything else planned for the day (* see below for an idea) whilst those who may have limited time can come direct to the Wales stopover on the Saturday evening (or on the Sunday morning if not staying overnight). For me the idea of the drive to and from Chester on two days has less appeal than a good whole day's driving on the Sunday and we know there are a lot more great roads there to enjoy . I have noticed from previous Wales 'aftermouth' write-ups that some would have preferred some more driving, and perhaps my idea might also give more time at stops on the Sunday to catch up with everyone and check out the cars. I know the Chester/Hoole Road get-to-gether has become a tradition for the event for many and there seems no reason why that can't happen on the Friday night? It might also allow those members who follow the club, but are ZEDless (and by default barred from the run) at least enjoying the social that night? But I'll go with whatever is decided - its an event not to be missed that's for sure * Having made a vist to Demon Tweeks in Wrexham recently maybe they might be up for a ZED visit as part of the Saturday run out - perhaps a look round their workshop or something and of course they have a extensive shop....
