I'd get about 29-30 mpg on a m-way run in the old Zed and 24-25 mpg for my regular commute. The MY07 did just over 25 to Brum and back at the weekend. Hmmmm.

I think he is the guy on the Member map in Warrington with the UY GT4. On the member map he is called Ian and on his TT Forum sig he is selling a number plate which says Ian/Rian. I think you've found him too. Sounds very likely that it could be TT2Z. I think we are both saying the same thing I remember this guy - tried to get him to come to Wales when we first kicked off but no luck. I reckon he's the UY I've seen a couple of times parked up at Ikea.

Zed and X-Bow?

Came out of my old Zed. Passenger one is perfect, driver one has some wear under the heels as befitting 34k miles. £25 plus delivery secures. (These are £70 new. )

They must of really messed you about (and done you a good deal) for you to accept your fourth choice It was the only one I didn't have to wait 3 months for. I'd probably have turned down the blue or the orange.

+1 Thats perhaps the worst kit I've ever seen in design, fitting and paint matching My problem with the Time Attacks was that they included two colours. Red and Black. Would look mint on Red or Black cars. On another colour you then have Red, Black plus A.N.Other which I don't like plus the bronze calipers so you end up with 4 colours on one car which is wron imo I agree. For me TA's work on black or red cars only (sorry Ian ) but the calipers are another issue altogether....

OK. My straight answer 5 days in (and a bottle of white later ) is don't do it. If keeping my Blade had been an option I would have treated it to a custom leather re trim (never liked the orange perforations and stitching) and a couple of other mods to keep it fresh. Maybe even go FI. I just don't see it as any major improvement. I hope I'll be proved wrong over time. PS Twilight grey looks cack in photos but is actually a really nice colour. It wasn't my first choice (or second of third) but I quite like it now.

I've always loved Hiros and these are quite cool. They've clearly looked at how popular the Time Attack Volks wheels have been and thought we'll have some of that! I like the yellow with black on the UY (although the kit is rank ). Some of the other colours will look a bit tacky I suspect.
