  1. Well, I cant make it any clearer as to what I want - how about somebody PM'ing me with options and prices?! You're likely to get a damn sight quicker response if you PM them rather then waiting for them to log on and spot this....
  2. New one mate. The blade went 3 weeks ago to be replaced by a MY07. Need to pop the 19" rims back on but suspect that's all I'll be doing to it. House buying is a nightmare, however, if you're not selling it is a buyers market! South Liverpool is always expensive but I like it. Used to live at the Vale there and then out by the Britannia pub. Now down near the station - can't seem to break away! If you need a good conveyancing solicitor, let me know and I'll give you the details.
  3. To start with I'd PM Kev @ Envy, Bigphil and Adam @ Z1 as they all do Hi Flow cats.
  4. GM!!! How very dare you! Twilight Grey I'll have you know. I was at the lights. Where were you?
  5. Because they were still a £1k option at the time.
  6. what is this guy sayin what an idiot, I love spending money on the Z
  7. bet it was well worth it, why did you sell, you plan on getting another? I've always held to the view (and it's probably my age ) that this is a Z forum and talk of other cars is inappropriate and misplaced (albeit that I could do) I enjoyed the Z tremendously, took it as far as I wanted, lost 15k in the process (what the heck ) and still continue to post on the basis that I might be able to (and sometimes do) contribute positively - whilst recognising that some people will say 'you don't have a Z so shut the f*ck up' Glad you've stuck around, D. Your knowledge and experience is invaluable.
  8. Locked and title changed. Let me know if you'd rather I deleted it Graham.
  9. Digsy how did it end up on the shores of sunny Oldham ? They are the guys I'm leasing the new one from. Gave me a good trade-in - now I know why!
  10. Ah well thats because your extreme warp factor 10 light speed caused a small disruption in the space time continum - and you didnt notice the darkness caused by my Pathfinder blocking out the sun for the short time I past you!!! Funny you should mention the Bala run I was gonna ask when the next event is in that part of the world? In particular when are you lot meeting up at St Davids park hotel doodar? I cant seem to find the details on the forum probably not searching the site properly? Even funnier though - I stopped off at Oldham's Emporium of Nissan perversion and asked when they are getting their demo car in as they hav'nt phoned me yet? Booked to test drive roadster next saturday and get quotes on both buy out and contract options? Coincidentally 2 Zeds up for sale in car park - 1 silver 1 black did'nt get time to look at them though - lets see what happens nextweekend? Fatal stuff I will be strong leave my wallet at home just in case? Silver one is my ex. Way over-priced!
  11. About the same amount as it would have been unworn, perhaps a 5% increase, in 25 years you may be looking at a 35% increase due to its limited status... If you look at page 4 on this site Lot 398 http://www.artcurial.com/pdf/presse/2007/r1261.pdf I sold a series of these watches that came in a group of 6... I think that they were about 20k each and this one sold for 50k euros... Not a bad return in 17 years!! If he had have sold all 6 he would have made alot more money... Big Phil, nice collection mate Makes an interesting comparison with what a £100k car would be worth after the same period of time... Depends if that £100k car was a Ferrari F40.....! I 'looked' at one a few years ago when I was on my way down to the south coast, in a small specialist dealer, and it was up for £125k. The last one I saw a few months ago the guy had paid £250k for!! Classic car market is very fragile, especially in uncertain economic times. Anyway, the comparison was with a new car.

    Tyre help

I wouldn't disagree with anthing you say there but whilst I had been prepared to give the RE050's a chance on the new Zed, I'm not sure I'll bother if I can't replace one after a puncture. Well done Nissan!
  14. Hi Nicola, welcome to the forum! I don't know the answer to your problem as haven't heard of anything similar on a roadster but hopefully someone more knowledgeable will pop by shortly.
  15. Now that is a bargain! Begs the question as to why he didn't trade it in as he would have got more. Hmmm.
  16. A 52 plate still wouldn't be 6 years old until August.
  17. Prices look fine. I wouldn't pay £500 extra for a 3 year old sat nav system - 2 years time and it'll be the equivalent of a ZX Spectrum!
  18. Not much of a bargain really. Its 6 yrs old, basic spec, standard wheels and chavvy looking tints. Are we in 2009 yet? 52 plate so will be 6 yrs old this year. Not if it was built/reg in feb 2003! Makes no odds, to me. If this car was 03 not 52 it would be worth more money. Loosely translated "Sorry lads, I was wrong..."
  19. I'm in your demographic but you'd have to convene in Liverpool for me. It is the Capital of Culture, you know!
