Erm I did, They actually come out past the arches by 5mm. but doesnt help when the new arches are alot wider than usual Sorry, mate, I don't understand. The wheels when fitted come out past the arches or sit inside the arches by 5mm? Spacers will only push them out further AFAIK.

Why didn't you just buy wheels with the right offset?

Lexx, weren't are cars delayed over Xmas because Nissan GB were waiting for alarm parts? I'm wondering whether ours are different.

No doubt that the NISMO is the better looking exhaust - easily distinguished from stock as the pipes have NISMO on them and are straight at the tips, therefore it sticking out a little more. It does still look pretty OEM though.

No good mate for my requirements - pipes are not mandrel bent. (sure they are good for other peoples needs though ) I'm a bit of a thickie - can anyone explain what mandrel bent means and why its better?

He's very wrong abut the BHP. Only MY07 cars from this spring on got that power (GT or not) and they can be easily spotted as they have the power bulge on the bonnet. The light should go out if you press the button to re-engage the TCS but it may need to be held for a second or two.

Would be worried about Alfa reliability and the TT has the exclusivity of an Escort and really isn't that good a car. For me it comes down to the BMW and the Zed. BeeEmm has the badge and feels a higher quality product but you do pay more for the privilege. The Zed is extremely good value for a fine sports car and drives just as well. I love the way both cars look but whilst pretty much everyone I know loves Zed, the BMW is a marmite car and many will think its fugly. As a final point, if you drive a Zed people generally are friendly and intrigued by it, if you get Beemer you may never be let out of a junction again.

When the light is on intermittently its operating (ie you would slipping if its didn't) or if its on constantly its because its been disabled by pressing the button. In normal driving with TC on the light should be off should be off.

Thought it was to give preference for a month. I dont have a preference so put both. If more people say specifically one month over the other we'll go with that That the point AFAIK.
