  1. I've got 19x9 +25 and 19x10.5 +29. Both pretty much fill the arch. I suggest you look at what's available in the wheel you want. I've got loads of pictures of different offsets, all mainly Volk and Work wheels, but I should be able to find something close to the offset you are considering.
  2. You should hear the Cossie at 7500rpm... It's currently 104 db at 4000 rpm stationery. I am looking into a custom Blue Flame with bigger boxes though. Fed up of getting black flagged...
  3. You have the Cats though don't you? I only listened stationery though, so maybe it's a lot louder under load. BTW, I'm following Hagar and just fitting the cats at the mo. This seems a relatively cheap option and may improve throttle response etc. Just waiting for them, ordered the other day.
  4. Wow, didn't realise this exhaust was so expensive. Is it worth it. I listened to one a while back and it sounded quiet. Did have standard cats though.
  5. Can I just warn you on colour matching. No sure if your GT4 is yellow, but if it is be very careful. It's a 2 cost system and awful for colour matching. If you go ahead then get a top bodyshop to do it.
  6. Just had a quick google and saw this place? http://www.laptop-chargers.co.uk/ Any use? Snap...Just found them myself thanks. I also see PC World has some listed and at least I can take the laptop in and try one. Also missing sitting in the living room on the web..
  7. My laptop power supply has just given up. Just a few days before I go on holiday as well. Typical. I was hoping to take it with me to download the digi pictures to. Any ideas on how I can get hold of one quickly. Might check at PC World tomorrow.
  8. Lot's of them round our way...
  9. NOtr realy, but I'm fitting some sports cats to make it sound a bit more fruity..
  10. I can't find the original Nissan Web Page but here's one that should tell you. http://www.carpages.co.uk/nissan/nissan-350z-gt4-06-01-05.asp
  11. Yep, number 100 of 176... There's a guy in the OC selling a 7 week old Yellow GT4 with full Nismo kit if you are interested. This was one that never got registered last year for some strange reason.
  12. HI, Glad you enjoyed your test drive. Yes there is ESP, which is supposed to be more advanced than traction control. You can turn is off though. It tends to come in late though so does let the back end come out a little bit if you are to aggressive in the wet. Any ideas when or if you are buying? If you need any further advice then don't hesitate to ask. Cheers K
  13. Can I have a copy? Pretty please
  14. Improves the earting of the engine and sensors. Helps the ECU. Some claim improve performance but most say the engine runs smoother at low revs.
  15. You could consider buying from the States. If you find stock it'll only take them about a week to ship and you will save some money to boot..
  16. Val - I'm 946 BTW Is there parking for Caravans?
  17. Hi and welcome, I have a GT4, (see below), with the 300PS engine. I test drove an 05 car before getting mine and I didn't notice any difference. I did only have the car for a few hours though and then had to wait a couple of months for mine. One guy I spoke to with a GT4 had an 03 for a couple of years and he says the difference is noticeable. He described they new engine as more willing to rev and a little more low down grunt. Overall I don't believe the difference is significant though. Good luck with your search.
  18. I think Dorian is referring to being able to listen to the engine etc.. Wth window down you will love the sound of the exhaust boucing off the buildings etc. but won't be easily be able to hear the engine.
  19. I know people who like the EBC's. Got to be better than the standard pad.
  20. Welcome Erol. Loads of new members today. Great news. I'm in Derbshire BTW so just down the road from you. Nothing special to look for, just the usual. remember to check tyres as they are expensive. I'd say cheaper than a Beamer as parts and servicing should be cheaper. As for costs, ussually between £100 and £200 dependant on the service. Iterval is 9,000 or annually. It needs to run on Optimax like most Japanese Performance Car. Good Luck with your search.
  21. Top marks for observation BTW....
  22. Welcome Matey. I had my paintsheild done at the dealers in Derby. One of Tom's guys came to the dealers. Top quality job. I'd really recommend this as the car is then protected from day one. I had the full treatment and part bonnet.
  23. I'm no expert on the Zed as I'm still on standard pads. However, I will be going Ferodo DS2500's These are what all the Cossie boys swear by and are supposed to be much better than EBC. Saying that I have EBC greens on the back of the Cossie, but I guess it's my AP 6 pots on the front with DS3000's doing all the work. Don't go DS3000's though unless you are prepared to change your disks pretty soon. DS2500's don't seem to be the best compromise. Oh and I've tried DS2000's. Don't bother I totalled a set of these in about 20 laps of Donington...
  24. Welcome mate. Hope to see you at a midlands meet soon..
  25. Love SF's. Nearly bought these myself..
