  1. Paul, Very brave , good on you, will keep an eye out for you in Central Scotland. Would have preferred it to be a bit brighter, ie a bit more "Lambo Green", but that's just my personal opinion. Gus
  2. Are you new to powerful RWD ? If so, some driving training if you want quick results, or back off and and learn by your mistakes, hopefully without having any accidents. If you want driving training I can recommend www.ridedrive.co.uk although there are many others Gus
  3. That's Steve-B's ( or Steve_B, or something ) car from the original site - he installed the s/c himself and painted and installed the bodywork himself. He also did some work on Val's car. I'm sure Val will know if any of the spec has changed since Steve had it. Car has changed hands at least a couple of times since Steve had it. Gus
  4. Ian, You can get one from Middlehursts http://www.350z-nissan.co.uk/catalog/in ... bf4b756974 Gus
  5. Sarnie, I think NMGB have previously guaranteed that the GT4 wheels will remain unique to the GT4 model in the UK - hence the MY06 models in UK getting Rays as standard as opposed to the GT4s in rest of Europe. I would expect that to continue for MY07, but don't think it has been guaranteed yet. Gus
  6. Nope, I've still got the original. The only one I know who has one is mark from the other side. The second link that Sarnie put up looks like the right one though , although it says only postage to US. I'm sure you can do a deal though Gus
  7. Ian, This claims to be it http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NISMO-GT-TITANIUM-SHIFT-KNOB-NISSAN-350Z-Z33_W0QQitemZ110087989130QQihZ001QQcategoryZ72223QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem - but I'm not convinced. Looks shorter and stubbier. Gus
  8. Sarnie, Thats the Aluminium one, not the Titanium one - hence the price difference Gus
  9. Got a set very recently from Brinster. If you ask, he marks the invoice at $150 per wheel, ie $600 in total. I think this is an insurance risk though, so take your choice ! The charges I got were :- Import Vat £81.08 Duties £15.42 Brokerage Surcharges £11.00 Total £107.50 Hope that helps, Gus
  10. I got new Nismo LMGT4 19" delivered today. The rears ( 9.5" ) weighs exactly 10kg, so the Rays being only 18" and supposedly super-lightweight may well be 8.5kg Lookin good Jacko Gus
  11. Don't you keep the handbook in the car, If so then surely you would stop at find out, and if not then why not Not safe driving about in the fog without your rear high intensity light on - RTFM Gus

  13. If you are on your own, then the skis fit fine down in the passenger footwell. If there is the slightest chance of snow on the roads, then forget it with summer tyres - could not get up a 1 in 1000 slope Gus
  14. Price should start coming down a bit for these, since they are now the base wheels for MY06 cars. Gus
  15. Not quite Sarnie............. DVD+R and DVD-R are both once only write, they are competing formats. The re-recordable versions of both are DVD+RW and DVD-RW respectively. Think of it as RW for ReWrite. Gus
  16. You'll obviously need to ensure the new wheels have the correct stud pattern, ie 5*114.3. Then there is the whole question of offsets......try a search, there has been lots of discussions on this Gus
  17. Not quite true - if you posted a new post, then looks like it got merged with this one as the video link was already there in a different post http://forums.DELETED.com/index.php?showtopic=8441&pid=89011&st=0entry89011 Gus

    Goodies

Get the S2000 arial for looks, plus a Z or Millbrook tax disc holder if haven't already got one. After that, then you need a boot tonneau cover from one of the home made people, or as a last resort then Nissan. Then, for a bit of bling what about alu kick plates, alu vent trims, etc I recently got some CF bling - B-Pillar trim, Rear strut trim, etc Gus
