Definitely go for the bluetooth one, as it is not limited to a single phone. New price buying seperatley is ( was ?) approx £100, so if you can get it for £70 then bite his hand off. No "fitting" required, it just snaps into place. Programming it to understand your voice may be another story though ........... Gus

Hi Jim, how are you I'm lucky enough to have cable. Virgin are upgrading me from 10Mb to 20Mb at no extra cost - I can't believe it will make much difference as most sites can't download at anywhere near that speed. Still, at least with cable then distance from local exchange should not affect performance. Gus

The only known people that do proper bike racks for the Zed are an American company Bird Automotive http://www.birdautomotive.com/Bike%20Ra ... 20350Z.htm. This requires drilling to fix it to the chassis There are some inflatable "things" you can fix to the roof, which you can then attach a surfboard, etc to - sorry can't find a link. HTH Gus

Anyone else using EBC Yellowstuff ? They are rated by EBC as higher than Redstuff ( ie suitabe for track and road, Red are only rated as suitable for road ), yet are only a few pounds more expensive than Redstuff. Got them from BigPhil, been very happy with them, surprised no-one else has mentioned them Gus

For a new member I think it is woth distinguishing - a manufacturer recall is completely different from you going and complaining and getting them to fix. The term used was "recall" and you guys started saying that all sorts of things came under that category - not so. Maybe a bit pedantic, but worth clarifying for someone new. Gus

If he tells you it has been back in for any of the above recalls - then he's lying ! There has been no recalls for the 350Z since it was launched in the Uk. The above problems are ones that the dealer will fix if you go and complain, but they were at no point recalled to get any of these fixes done. Surprised none of the guys spotted that - there is quite a major difference there Gus
