  14. was wondering if anyone can help, someone mentioned to me that there is a garage in the suffolk area that was hiring out its ramp and tools by the hour, but i don't know what the name was or where it was. i also saw an article in one of the daily mail mags this sunday about it, but i never got round to reading it. does anyone have a copy of the sunday mail mags and could find the article, has anyone else heard of this? i can't find anything on the web about it
  15. I've got some I can send you a strip which should allow you to have lots of practice. Call it £1.50 on the paypal towards vinyl and postage. It will be a length 10 cm wide by about 60 cm long. As it's easier to just cut a strip than a little box. Pm me if you want it.I'm away at the moment but will be back tonight and can sort it then.
  16. I plan to get one at some point as I can't be arsed to polish my plenum. Will be interested to see for myself what it's like. If I'm right in thinking aren't there several versions of This plenum. Scot you bought yours second hand so you may well have an earlier one, where as nurrosh bought his new. So has the latest revision. Or was this just the ssv. I know the earlier ssv lost power. And the yanks hated them. But I don't know if it's the same for the standard plenum
  17. oh how true you still get shafted, just the face of the person doing it changes, lets just hope the next person uses a smaller shafting stick, cos this ones really hurting now.
  18. Eh? So you agree with me then not Chesterfield? Politics man, its an confusing game! not a great politics man i just don't like signing up for one thing and then having it changed without my permission. i saw it done with my dads pension, it was originally index linked with a lump sum pay out, then it was closed to new members, and then the index link and lump sum was removed. whats the point of agreeing to sign up to something that you've been promised and then paying into if people don't have to honour it. does that mean i can go to my bank and tell them that although i owe them a certain amount i'm not actually going to pay it back. or honour the agreement i signed. if i did they'd have me up in court and on fraud charges very quickly. what annoys me is that is only illegal if i do it. but if mp's or banks do it, then its perfectly fine and part of their remit. i can't trust politians as far a si can throw them, they are a bunch of criminals. i know there are good MP's out there, but the good that they do does not out way the damamge that the rest of them do.
  19. chesterfield i think you hit the nail on the head. students shouldn't have to pay the extra 0.4% as it changes the value of the loan. as you say what we could be able to save now we may end up paying extra in later years. and its not every loan just the government issued ones for students. last year i was clocking up more in interest charges than i was paying off, so its nice to see that i might be able to start reducing it a bit after september.
  20. that should push you all over the £800 mark i would have dontated regardless of raffle prizes or not, this is a worthy cause, its hard to find good hospices, i'm happy to donate some of my time on a viny cutter as a prize but i'm not sure that many people would be interested. or how to phrase it as it would allow someone the opportunity to have some custom designed vinyl work to there car, engine cover etc.
  21. is it the legalis that your looking at selling? would it include the Y pipe
  22. i think i like the fujitsubo one, i think the last one went for about £300. i need to have a listen to one on the tinternet, but i might be seriously interested in taking it off your hands.
