  1. its not just jag though, jay had a crap experience with aston martin; there are stories of lambos that burst in to flames, ferrari's are well known to be tempremental and poorly built. konigsegg have had issues presitge has nothing to do with quality and all to do with the name your driving and the image it portray's its also a new car they always have teething issues, i've seen it in new pugs, fiats, and alfa romeo. we've seen zed members on here who've had a lemon and i'm sure i remember their posts being locked. sadly i think you were unlucky and you and your brother got a late night last off the line model. and you've been unlucky in find what sounds to be the most useless dealer on the planet. how many nissan dealers do we warn people off. i'm sorry the car hasn't been everything you hoped for, i'm sorry your dealer is a retard, but; and i mean this in the nicest possible way; you're starting to sound like a broken record. this effect may well of course be casued by the fact your car has serious mental issues. i hope you get it sorted, i think for me i would sell up and get something else. let someone else deal with the issues and go and enjoy your fezza.

  3. offsets seem good, but i would have gone wider; maybe a 9j at the front and a 10 or 10.5j at the rear.

  5. Why can't you lower it and / or add 19s? +1 you could have it so low it scrapes the floor, nismo kit is like any other.

  9. agreed, with bradders, if i was moving on from the S2000, then i'd be looking at NSX-R's
  10. think he's right - well you have gone and bought a S2000 god this forum is like an ex girlfriend who won't accept you've broken up
  11. no need to worry about your posts mike on facebook mike. i didn't know if it was common knowledge and had twigged ages ago, hence the post. wasn't stirring; just thought this was like the secret announcement thread. congrats to you both, and don't worry about the stupid comment i didn't take it personally, i mean attak thinks i'm a retard so maybe there is some truth behind the comment
  12. bluefin chip as well also boosted the power as well, wasn't difficult ot squeeze biggish gains for not alot of money.
  13. I'm sorry if your upset bud but i'm not really sure how to take your post! You read my facebook? Are you stalking me? I'd prefer my admirers to be female to be honest not upset just stating an observation not actually been on your profile, but am linked with nix, and her status's flash up on my profile when people post. as a teacher i am very good at spotting messages with double meanings. yours stood out like a sore thumb. call it a gift i have
  14. the older supercharged ones were alot better than the newer tubo ones. test drove one and enjoyed scaring the salesman, but wouldn t have one. older ones dead easy to tune up for more power at low cost
  15. is this a thinnly veiled attempt at announcing a relationship you've been in for a while i read facebook and i'm not stupid
  16. only 2 companies in the UK that have the gear to crack the OEM ECU Abbey MS and RS tuning; both are good, but if i had the choice i'd always go to abbey.
  17. slim jim down the window, should be able to hook and lift the door mech
  18. the post 06 has a bigger air stack think of it like the horn of a trumpet, just allows to spread the air in a more linear way over a wider area of the filter. think it makes use of the venturi effect.
  19. most of the mods you'll only ever see the gains if you get the car mapped to make the most of it. yes the stock 06 will make the biggest gains over other intakes; but it doesn't all of a sudden mean that every other intake looses BHP. abbey only ever said the best gains would be had with an 06+ box, not all airboxes will loose power. if you stick an open filter in a hot engine at stand still it will loose power, shield it and get it a decent air feed and you stand a better chance. not all cone filters are useless, its the fact that the OEM box offers excellent heat protection. Honda use cone filters as standard on the S2k because a cone offers a wider surface area to suck more air in through.
  20. as far as i'm aware the short ram is the long ram, you just don't use all the bits. and then you end up straight back where you started with the jwt's the filter is sat in the engine bay sucking in hot air. if you want short ram with decent air feed and heat shield; then the k&n typhoon is one option or the ARC intake is another. most other setups are non shielded. or you need to go true CAI and sit the filter in the arch like the AEM or the injen or FUJITA etc.
  21. you do realize that by upping the courtesy car your upping the insurance bill. you want have to pay the difference but when you come to renew and have to declare the amount paid it will make a difference to your renewal
