  1. no worries, i don't always read all of a thread these days either
  2. i'm not put off, but just alot more cautious as to what to look for. making sure its done properly and checked on a regualr basis. same as you would with a DIY FI install. they aren't just plag and play, people are always checking them and making sure they are running well. i wouldn't expect any modded car with something like this to run well if it wasn't well maintained. did I read right in saying that your wanting to do it to a mk4 r32? Surely for a 2k investment you would want to do it to something better and faster (no offense). Each to their own I suppose but do you see what Im saying? Bmw e39 540i 4.4 v8 lpg converted is nope never said i was going to do it to an R32; my first post said i had seen an R32 for sale that had already had it done.
  3. so with the 200 bhp he can actually put down properly on the tarmac; where does the other 500 ponies go. must admit i admire the engineering on it; but isn't that much power wasted on an FWD car; does it not torque steer like a grunt?
  4. i've never met our scottish friend; but he can't be that bad. HA HA HA. Very funny rich

  7. black and red work well together; and you can always have them repainted silver again at a later date if you had to return to stock.
  8. brodits are meant to be one of the best systems for holing phones.
  9. it may not need anything, if its genuine, i think you lift the sill trim fit the skirt and then the sill trim fits over the top to lock it in place. my copied skirts required 3 men; clamps and some **** big clips to hold it in place due to the poor fitment. which suprised me as the seller was very clear to inform me that these would require absolutely no adjustment. i learnt where to not buy stuff from; and what not to buy. you live and learn.
  10. mines not brilliant; still waiting for decent broadband speeds. its suprised me considering i'm less than a mile from BT Martlesham as if i'm right its one of their biggest research centers. would have thought it would be one of the areas flooded with the latest tech.
  11. ours came down on the 1st of jan; and good rid; all the bloody pine needles.
  12. at least their heart was in the right place. it was a nice offer and one that not a lot of places would do.

  14. i've never met our scottish friend; but he can't be that bad. lmao rich you bad man, nothing like taking it out of context couldn't find an innocent angel smilie
