  1. Hang on - your Z is a 67/2017 example? Okay, yours is not a Nismo, so I can only from experience relate to putting my same age 67/2017 Nismo into WBAC and get around £23k. Surely yours can't be worth half that much at WBAC? That's nuts....
  2. Currently available, so it's in the diary. What time does it start?
  3. At the end of the day, you are perfectly entitled to walk (drive) away from any subsequent revised offer that WBAC shove under your nose on the day. Has to be worth a punt. You'll likely be a few thousand pounds better off than taking the other options.
  4. Great video with stunning cars. I wish I'd got into the Jap car scene years ago! Sadly, a mint and fully loaded R34 Skyline is waaay out of reach now at circa £100k +.
  5. Why are you not taking that very good offer? Are WBAC not aware of the Cat D situation? And surely someone can be found to drive it to your local branch if push comes to shove... If I were local I'd do it for you!
  6. Have you put the reg and car details into WBAC? If not, you might be pleasantly surprised.
  7. Thanks, going to contact them for a quote to cover me for a couple of days in August.
  8. I've never bothered insuring, only because I'd never found a company that would. The company is Moris, that you're referring to?
  9. Anyone know if this event still happens? I've been to Sinsheim before, it's a great museum.
  10. Unlikely that the OP will see this response, but Carfrietag is a complete ball ache! Unless of course sitting about in traffic for hours is your idea of fun. On our very first trip to the Nurburgring in 2012 we ended up in the thick of it, without a clue as to what the hell was going on! Never again!
  11. Welcome along. Whereabouts in Somerset are you?
  12. How are you supporting the bonnet in those first few pics? Can't quite make out what you're using.
  13. Welcome along - get a few pics of your Nismo when you can! Being near-ish in Essex, you might be interested in the Ace Cafe Z meet on Saturday 11th June, if entries are still open. Take a look at the local and national meets section here.
  14. What a great build thread, excellent work! I was going to post a thread called "Show Me Your Knob" as I want to get shot of the dildo-esque bell-end of the standard one in my Nismo. I've seen vids on UToob showing what a task it is to get the old one off - seems they're true. Anyway, I quite like the one you've fitted, did it come from Torqen? Also, what do you think of the Falkens that you've fitted?
  15. I very nearly bought a 2020 Cooper S Sport last summer. I drove two, both manual, both with God awful clutch action. Good fun to drive though but you see them everywhere.
  16. I was travelling in the opposite direction and only caught sight of him when he flashed me - apologies for my delayed wave!
  17. Sorry, I gave the impression it was a recent photo. This was June last year. We frequented CP Longleat for quite a few years when the kids were, well, kids. I was visiting relos in Frome nearby, so thought I'd pass by for a photo. It's just one of my favourites of the car so far.
  18. A quick blast down to Wiltshire and Somerset.
  19. Welcome along - a black bonnet! I'm very partial to a black bonnet as a contrast feature - looks great! As well as Japfest, check out the Ace Cafe meet on 11th June in the events section here.
  20. Even the bottles and labels look attractive!
  21. Is it not being sold in Europe or the UK?
