  1. Welcome along, looks nice mate.
  2. Yeah, I have no life, I spend most of working day pushing unread content to refresh.
  3. I think may be why it changed. Obviously the die hards like us with the tattoo are fine, but I guess people joined, welcomed a loads of new folk, sold what they joined up to sell, then left never to be seen again.
  4. When the forum updated it updated with the new rules where posts in welcome and introduction section don't count towards your post count. This started happening on the old system, but when it updated it adjusted retrospectively.
  5. Welcome along. CRX VTi? People more tech savvy than myself will show you some buyers guide links soon I'm sure. But its worth taking your time with purchase, and a high mileage cared for fully serviced example can be better than a low mileage hardly driven abused one. Every one is really friendly and helpful here so any Q's, fire away.
  6. Newer batteries should recover quicker. The older the battery gets the longer it takes, or the worse its ability to hold a charge becomes. Problem is something always needs a bit of power, whether its your alarm, stereo or digital clock. When the battery is new its strong enough keep all this going without losing its ability to start. I left mine for over a month without starting and it was fine. When the battery gets old these things start to over power it when its not running. It gets worse in winter.
  7. Front end. Rear spoiler fitted tomorrow so new pictures then.
  8. Ending amo black 370z. Looking lovely
  9. Fortunately all the studs are fine, the spacers went on without issue, but one nut wouldn't go onto the spacer thread. Tried it on all 5 so definitely an issue with the nut. I'd like to avoid paying for 20 but they were a little patinad.
  10. Haha me too put my spacers on today and found one cross threaded. I think a previous owner had wheels put on with an air gun lol.

    Rear wiper delete

Fitted today. Pleased with the result, the only thing I'd mention is that the top is gloss black, but the side hasn't been painted
  12. If there needs to be for us, there needs to be for all life surely? I don't think there is any divine meaning, but people should set there own targets and meanings.
  13. Like Americans who thank God for there success.
  14. Is it too late to believe in the ancient Greek gods? Aren't there temples in Greece depicting the stories from the Greek myths? And what's different about modern religion? I'm pleased Dave has his belief and I would never try to take that from him, in the same way I'm sure his goal isn't to turn me on to religion. I started off with a semi religious up bringing, but my neighbours were born again Christians and had a very...dark twist on it to the point where my sister would have nightmares about death at the age 8. I was angry at the time. Now in my 30s I know that all people are people no matter what they believe. An atheist can spend evenings doing charity work to the homeless as well as commit murder. The same can be said of the religious.
  15. And a zed is a helluva lot nicer than a late 80s pug lol. Hats off you did a great job and she looks stunning. Mine gets fitted Monday. Body shop job though.
  16. Arrived today to be fitted tomorrow, thanks mate.

I did it on my t sport corolla...so yeah I agree lol. Stu I think it works better on the white than the blue car, kinda like the yellow fogs on the ae86 from initial d. I used lamin-x and was really easy to use as it's quite thick, unlike window tinting film.
  18. Too late on that one for me, I'm eyeing up a hybrid Auris as my next company car. Ace mpg in a hatchback rather than a cockroach looking thing...
  19. Yeah love American Gods. The concept used is similar to Terry Pratchett Discworld gods, where the more believers a god has the bigger and more power he has.
  20. +1 on the respectful. I'm the other way round, I guess technically I'm agnostic, I don't believe in my head that its real, Christianity or otherwise, but am prepared to be found out to be wrong. If i try to be good (yes I'm aware I've failed), it doesn't matter either way.
  21. Reading through, I think he is a religious man, but not completely sold on the idea the world will end on the 23rd. But is willing to be read up on the issue.
  22. Have these been resent Lexx, not had a new one yet. Just seeing if the pdf opens from my phone though Edit: It doesn't.
  23. Really like that mate. I fitted an E-tech one to my Peugeot 309 and spent more time measuring than installing. Measure. make fitting marks. Measure again. Draw round feet, measure again. Drill holes...measure again lol.
  24. Actually that sounds like a bargain. Would that be per side or per pair? Obviously with mine being black they look more obvious when chipped, I'd be interested.
