  1. Great get together today guys, thanks for having us down. Our accent confused the Icecream guy a little Coz, was a pleasure to meet you, can finally put a face to the name that pesters you
  2. Had a quote for RS Tuning £545+Vat sounds cheap, sure there are loads of add-ons on top of that.
  3. Cheap rays linked off that one too. Look decent. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/155065330068?
  4. Sure I can see one or two bolt heads in there not precisely aligned with N,S,E,W too....
  5. Stock gauge: Pressure should show 0 when not running idle 60 psi cold idle 14-30 psi hot 30-60 psi under hard acceleration when hot They do vary, but the gauge is not the most accurate. If it shows anything above 0 when running and oil level is correct i'd say you're fine. For your aftermarket one, sounds faulty. I'd just get it and the sensor replaced. 6.5 bar is about 95 psi ?
  6. Im sure there are gains to be had changing the headers, but i think the work involved out weighs the worth doing them. Im considering the aftermarket plenum, but that may be after the remap and then get it tweaked again if I do. It will get to the stage where I may as well just save up and go FI.....
  7. Perfect, thanks Ekona. RS Tuning it is then
  8. Following on from this, once ive done the do. For the EcuTek tune, do I go to Horsham, Abbey or RS tuning in Leeds ? Do any of them get different results, or is an EcuTek an across the board type thing ?
  9. Yeah I was a bit sceptical of the claims, I have the full Z1 intake. Buying HFC's this weekend. Got short-tails on. Pondering the plenum swap and these before a remap, think that's about all I can do before its a case of bolting some boost to it etc. So feeling is, can't do any harm but a pricey risk for potentially nothing in return.
  10. Was only joking, glad you got it sorted. Just remembered I have a bag full of Nissan M6 here so if you need any more give me a shout
  11. Has anyone got any views on these https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/370z/intakes/throttle-bodies/20913-370z-afe-power-takeda-silver-bullet-throttle-body-spacer-46-36007.html Do they work ? Any benefit on the Nismo ? Im looking to do all possible bolt-ons before a remap, are these worth the money ? Cheers
  12. Was is supposed to be nm and not ft lbs ?
  13. As its not structural or crucial, i'd say tighten till it bites then add 90 degrees. Not sure if there is a spec for torqueing wing fixings ?
  14. Can answer a couple of those points. Auto is marginally quicker (on paper), not worth writing home about though The dots.... Utterly stupid, its the only thing I genuinely hate with a passion. You do get used to them and what a dot equates to, I consider 2 dots reserve level. Current prices, from 3dots to full is £126 subject to increase or decrease, who knows..... Id assume the GT has pretty much the same spec (barring seats and trim) as the Nismo so boot cover, shelf behind seats and a little cubby for a small umbrella, gloves and a spare bottle of your chosen aftershave. Glove box is perfect size for your service book and touchup kit, can even fit you locking nut in there Centre console has a pop up you can fit a small phone or 2 in and a USB stick for some tunes. As for your point on tax, mines a 2019 so ULEZ compliant and falls in the £165 bracket, so if thats a factor worth considering a later model. Overall, I found it night and day over the 350 in terms of refinement, comfort and better performance.
  15. Ooft! Lovely wheels those. Perfect for something Black or Blue. Pity one is destroyed.
  16. As above, waxoil tends to dry up and shrink. Cracks and kinda defeats its purpose longterm. Then its a ba**ard to get off again
  17. For the price, you cant really argue. Look good
  18. DM'ed you as im not being held to a price
  19. Hi Coz, Spoken to AMF, im happy with their valuation. Do you guys have a fitting service by any chance ? i'd buy the HFC's while im at the meet and get them done
  20. I'll be there, gonna cost about 6K in fuel if these price trends continue
  21. Coz, your a star, cheers bud
  22. I'd be down for a meet at the Motorist, great place that Would it be ok to invite a few mates along ? They drive B7 RS4's so love a good run out too, we can park them round a corner if needed

    Part number

After a little info if anyone knows. What is the part number/Cat number for the catalysts on the 370 ? Mines a Nismo but expect they are the same as a regular 370. Im looking to buy HFC's and want to get a price from the scrap dealer for mine first, I reckon they scrap value will cover most of the cost fort HFC's Cheers
  24. Or just swap my slightly worn standards for you Nismo ones As for the price, best ive seen them for new is £495
