  1. They might not want the job either? When looking for a place to do my wife's I had some silly prices for some places.
  2. My wife had her boot and a new front bumper painter in wv2. There was no matching paint required, it was a good match to the wings and stuff. However we could have got lucky I guess.
  3. New bumper fitted to my wife's car a couple of weeks ago so thought I would post a pic or 2.
  4. It shouldn't be an issue to change the bonnet really. It's a cheaper option by far, and if the paint doesn't quite match it will still be cheaper to have it repainted at a quess.

  6. I think they have sold now as I asked the same question.
  7. I like to think I am a sensible driver. However my wife would disagree somedays I do all the right limits in the 20s,30s,40s,50s but national limits if the roads allow I may have a spirited drive.
  8. I have quite a few on my back and upper arms. Didn't want to go below the elbow. Mostly dragons for me also. I love my dragons.
  9. Just a little update, my car has been reversed into by 1 of mums neighbours causing my car to need a new headlight thankfully nothing else really. How ever the bumper is also in need of a re wrap. I have had to wait 4 weeks. So they fitted the new headlight and sent it off to my wrap guy, upon arrival there the guy delivering it has now managed to damage the rear bumper with the way he has strapped it down on his truck. Its really annoying but at least they are sorting it out for me. I just have to wait even longer now

    NEW LOOK

That looks loads better. Not that is didn't before though, just better now my good man.
  11. Just make sure you give them a good coating of lacquer also. Make sure they are completely dry as well before driving as mine weren't the 1st time round. That's why they were done again...
  12. When bob and I did them we just masked the whole area off and did them but when my car was wrapped they took them off and did them again.
  13. Mine has been in the garage for over 4 weeks now as they had to wait for a new headlight to be delivered from afar. then when it is delivered and fitted, they take it over to the wrap company the guy delivering it damaged the back bumper so an even longer wait whilst this is fixed now. AARRGGHH!!!!!
  14. Not wrapped but painted gloss black.
  15. My renewal came in at over £400 more this year. Although i have had someone reverse into me, however full responsibility was taken by the 3rd party. Phoned up my insurance provider and after a little chat i am now insured cheaper than last year. I think they prey on complacency for people.
