Nope not at all @SuperStu

Its a good car but id like a Turbo next. I've never had a Turbo all NA cars. Had a 350 and 2 370 Nismos. Tesla Electric SUVs doing sub 4 seconds to the bend. Turbo power is a great counter for that. Lots of tuning potential to build a car Nissan should be building as a trim but wont because of GTR. Anywho more sketches/renders

Good choice...Yeah brighton feels like a long time ago. Congrats

370z Nismo Residuals Now That No Replacement Coming
GranTurismoEra replied to hmale4yu's topic in 370z General
It will drop and probably bottom out at £15k based on mileage. Low mileage 10k miles or less examples may be 19-21k+ .... eventually. Mines a 2016 so right now dealer is around £20k private £18-£19k...32k miles -
Sounds crazy but Number 399 nismo for sale at £14,000. Front end damage apparently. Been on there ages.
-
Ill order it for sure

Is it written by Pete evanow? Think i saw it on Amazon

I dont think they should bother with a roadster. Not sure itll be worth it. If they can make the rear lights more prominent and maybe add more of a curve to both edges at the top of the grill then its good to go. Side profile and rear is great just the front needs tweaking. 240, 300zx, 370 all in one. Im glad they didnt go with this red car and went retro and simplified instead.

Lol I remember when I first saw this and ripped it saying it should have been the R36....I think they have other plans for the R36. Still years away.

Newbie with 2007 350z Nismo
GranTurismoEra replied to dean_asla's topic in Introductions & Welcome Messages
A 350 Nismo wow...See Japan has the good stuff! -
Even Cup 2 and equivalents have their limits. Torque should always be managed on a rear wheel drive car. A sudden gush of boost on a rear wheel drive. Ha..."do you feel in control?"
-
loool not at all. Suprisedly Torquey according to my neighbour who had a 440 ft lbs 300hp diesel. Could be because one grips and the other slides all over the gaff and cant put power down effectively at low speeds.
-
Good point about power, comparing sizes etc lol....But you need to feel a bit of an evolution. Also you look at the new £80,000 Evora lightweight and 400hp. You kind of want a bit of everything. Some People complained the 370 nismo was slow. As an owner its not a slow car at all. Infact when people get in they are shocked that it doesn't reflect the figures quoted in terms of torque numbers and HP. It feels more. And yes ive been behind RS3 with 400 hp and Mustangs they really need to put in work to get away. Especially on bends. I agree power isnt everything, balance is more important. Im glad I can take corners with confidence and grip. Its easy to know where the limits are. The car reliably sticks at the limit not suprising you even if traction is broken. Handling is good. But I think it should be competitive power wise with its rivals like the Supra, M2, Z40 and even the Mustang offering superior handling in typical Japanese fashion. Could be a reason they are coy on power output for now. also @davey_83 I emailed them too lol

Needs more power. Isnt the Mustang running 450hp nowadays? People in Stangs will still be outrunning it in US Also the vr30 is down 50 ft lbs on the m2 competition and supra
-
Well done Davey. Need more of that tbh. Ill do the same despite the obvious answer I guess nothing official from UK head office. So the press must have got their news from the Nissan press officer. Really and truly she should have point blank echoed the same statement as the press did but she didnt. So something's not right

Need a ship with security. Thatll get hijacked by pirates

The last few years have put the nail in coffin for Europe. 50 Z per month in EU nothing shout home about. Also 350Z owners who havent looked at a 370 by now probably wont be interested. Its easier to just save your money and go for another brand. With the Z Nissan dont have to do anything. Just leave the market to a bigger company like Toyota and a possible manual Supra incoming. Im not suprised to see 61 supras for sale with covid happening. Which means they initially sold quite a few. It just means hold onto to what you got. Nissan struggled to shift 50th anniversary models HPCs and Performance salesmen can either move companies or go back to selling SUVs at Nissan after 2022. The final year of R35 apparently

lol the way the 370 struggled post 2013....I cant blame them. People really didn't give it a chance. They can keep breaking necks though *shrugs* A petition is futile. 3000 signatures from general JDM, 350z/370z and Juke Nismo owners of which 200 solid orders...100 cancellations due to Covid 20,...And new GR 86........Nissan: ....... Exactly! All deposits refunded
