Quite a interesting post. I've not seen many decent UK GT's for less than 5k. Bought mine for 7k 2 years ago with 56k on the clock had an exhaust system and spoiler. Needed new clutch after a few months so think I paid slightly too high. I'd expect to sell mine for 5k ish. 04 with 67k atm.
Not yet but it'll probably be local ish to Bournemouth or I'm getting my front and rear bumper sprayed not so local and will do it then. I can get the name for you soon.
So have taken my car to work every day for the last few weeks but was low on petrol so took the missus car instead. Flaming lucky I did as I hit a small deer on the way to work at 6.20am!! Missus wasn't best pleased after making sure I was OK. If it was the 350Z it would probably of gone over the bonnet!
Leighton of pro-garage just up from longwell Green is awesome. Drifts himself and is an awesome mechanic. He's always done mine and my mods when I lived in Chippenham. Specialises in Japanese cars and owns an RX7 & 200sx Look up pro-garage on Facebook.
Looked back a bit and couldn't see anything on the forum apart from something on the American forum about the ABS sensor. Had a complete brake disc & pad change all round (mtec & yellow stuff) including braided lines. Under hard braking when coming to a halt. Doesn't seem to affect braking but obviously can't be right. Any ideas?
No doubt they'll have a low limit. 0-40 it is haha. Haha so many people be furious with the bulldozing idea. Avbury is the same. It's all stones but seems to attract people.
So they are proposing a 1.8m tunnel under the heritage site. Am I the only one to be ecstatic with this news in the Wiltshire area? Haha. So childish but everyone loves a loud exhaust or great engine in a tunnel! Won't be for a long time because of the opposition and length of time to make. Living in Bournemouth but family in Chippenham so would use this regularly!
It always worries me when things like this are sold so soon after the work being done. Does no one enjoy these things for a long time after? Abbey are top notch so no worries there but just a personal thing. Looks lush BTW!
Mine were a pain. Did discs and pads all round. Ended up being quite a pain as a previous garage had ruined the rear bleed nipples. Needed a few knocks to get the rear discs off tapping from the rear in various locations till it came free.
Yeah this can be a sore subject among members ha. I've got one and love it. Flooring it is always fun. You're lucky to have level tailpipes too! Will buy another as previous owner didn't take care of it so it's a bit pitted. Clean it an protect it is my advice.
