if your good with a spanner set lol you can do it on your own, i think its cheaper to just replace the cam cover seals, as new cam covers iirc are around £200+ each! plenum spacer you can do with a 10mm socket

PCV is a valve cam cover and rocker cover are the same thing i beleive You cant replace the gaskets normally on the cam cover, you need to look around on the forum you can buy a kit and you need to drill out the old ones to replace them or buy new covers.

Mines been off the road since october and i'm still paying tax and insurance lol, i did none of the above although mines being worked on the whole time.
