  3. Mate, your car should be inside the main hall for show and shine!!
  4. Lap it up, should turn out good.
  5. To be fair the 350z is the classic 'better in flesh' car. From pictures it's hard to gauge it's proportions and it seems a much bigger car than it is, when in fact it's shorter than a 987 Boxster.
  6. Thing about car design and almost anything else, it's subjective.
  7. I think the new DBS looks good, instantly recognisable. Manufactures get battered when they produce evolutions of previous models ie VW Golf or 911 as the designers are called lazy. Then when manufactures try a new design language, they're battered again for being to daring 720s, DB11, New Civic Type R. Its a great thing not all GT and Super Cars look the same
  8. I totally dont understand why...... Numbers building this end slowly at least. 1) davey_83 2) DazzyBoy 3) Joel 4) RichWRX 5) John-JJo 6) Phil_FR

    What tyres ???

The rubbers you had before were good mid range tyres, now you have the best of the best.
  13. Shared to few of my mates too. 1) davey_83 2) DazzyBoy 3) Joel 4) RichWRX
  14. Up to you, I run one plumbed into the pcv valve side. Any catch can will do however ideally you want baffled with wire mesh inside to help trap the oil. Also I have a gauge on mine to show the level.
  15. No.3 imo and thats what I run, the PCV valve is there for a reason. Crankcase pressure is reduced by the low rpm intake vacuum, so venting to atmosphere make no sense as the gases aren't being drawn out.

    1st meet

Sorry to hear that pal, hopefully gets fixed without drama. You'd need to update the relevant meet/show thread.
  17. Best part of the day
  18. No!!!! At least enjoy it at Japanese Performance Show in a couple of months. All your time and effort needs to see girl under those lights, a lush black 350z will pop!!
  19. Looks really good. Use for our radiators around the house however should work for brakes between hot laps. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B004CFQXJG/ref=sspa_mw_detail_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&pd_rd_i=B004CFQXJG&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_p=4357059284244444228&pf_rd_r=Y4SWNAATA29S3GYTD87C&pd_rd_wg=LnhTZ&pf_rd_s=mobile-dp-sims&pf_rd_t=40701&pd_rd_w=Mms3l&pf_rd_i=mobile-dp-sims&pd_rd_r=3ad343f0-7987-11e8-b124-5bf3de636a39

    Clutch fluid

Hi, no not unless it's causing an issue. First action fluid change as it a serviceable item in effect.
  23. Few detailing goodies received from @G1en@waxandshine and I was eager to try out CarChem Revolt and Gtechniq WM2 Microfibre Wash Mitt. Never had a posh mitt before, so lets see what's the fuss about. Left to right: A) Car Pride microfiber wash pad b) Simoniz microfiber wash mitt C) Gtechniq WM2 microfibre wash mitt D) Auto XS microfiber wash mitt A) Pros - easy and safe to manoeuvre, holds almost right amount of suds, easy to clean between sections. Cheap to buy. Cons - doesn't retain its shape after prolonged use. Not able to feel the contours of some of the panels. Glide factor - 7 b) Pros - easy and safe to manoeuvre, easy to clean between sections. Retains its shape. Cheap to buy. Cons - holds just shy of the right amount of suds, meaning extra returns to bucket. Ultimately no bad thing. Glide factor - 6 C) Pros - Dirt releasing design, super easy to clean between sections. Holds tones of suds so less bucket visits. Will hold its shape, Immense glide. Cons - holds way to much water for my liking, this almost dilutes the shampoo whilst cleaning panels. Heavy in use. Can't feel the contours of the panel. Glide factor - 10 D) Pros - easy and safe to manoeuvre, holds the perfect amount of suds. Holds its shape, feel the contours of the panel. Cheap to buy. Cons - Not than easy to clean out between panels. Glide factor - 8 Conclusion C) looks and feels great! And once I got the hang of how I liked it to perform, it's the best out of the bunch. b) will continue to be used for the lower sections of the car as it has a better feel and scrub action where needed. CarChem wheel cleaner and fallout remover is wonderful to use. 10/10, yes smell like a iron out would but not terrible. Wheels have never been cleaner!
