Arran I'm gonna side with you on this one. I've been reading up on both and the injen definitely is a winner over the stillen. It's not to say the stillen isn't good, but the build quality and the install seem to be better on the injen. Now to just save up a bit of cash and take the plunge!

That's a fantastic job mate, looks great! I think maybe once I have more experience with the car I may give that a go, but for now I think I'll probably stick to something which is "ready-made". One question I have though, will I have to file down the holes and that bracket on any kit I buy or will they already be made to size for a perfect fit?

Well yeah, it's not sorted yet but like you say, at least it will be. If it hadn't have gone this winter I was kind of expecting it to next yeah after a few track days. The bloke that filled it said he was unsure when he was working on it so it was always in the back of my mind. I'm going to take the car into one of their branches and let them work on it there, don't really want them doing it on my drive in the wind and rain. That's prob best. True say. Sometimes it's not as "cheap" as it seems getting something from abroad. Out of curiosity what can go wrong with intakes and are there any common faults or problems I should look out for?

There's some decent apps for phone cameras now that allow you to have a longer shutter time etc. this requires a steady hand though. Any specific you recommend for iPhone or android?

Yeh next time we'll hopefully have a better camera than a phone lens. Maybe at one of the bigger meets along with some of the other members
