Use the proper fitting tools in the first place. Now you will have to try a slightly larger size, give it a slight tap with a hammer so that it is good tight fit and bobs your uncle. Ha ha, thanks for that 😉 Gonna have to give that a go tomorrow , can't beat using a big hammer! 😄

Aaargh! Took the outer security screw out, went to do the inside one (nearest to the stereo) and it started to round off with hardly any force on it. Any suggestions other than drilling it out?

If I disconnect the battery for a few weeks will it throw up any errors when I reconnect it? I'm thinking of having the steering wheel re-trimmed but I'm wary of having battery off for so long

My missus has just got rid of hers after 3years of ownership. Was a really nice car, decent quality interior, big boot and as said above rear seats only for smaller people (very little headroom). The only issue she had with it (which is common apparently) was the wing mirror stopped auto folding in, but this was replaced under warranty. Not particularly quick. Would definitely recommend them

Will removing the battery for any length of time cause any issues with any of the electronics on the car? I only ask because on cars I've had before I was warned about warning lights coming on (I think it was airbag, can't remember exactly) if the battery was disconnected for too long

There will be loads of creases if you don't land it properly 😄
