Hi all After 4 years of owning my Z I've decided to move on, partly down to fancying a change but also due to 4 seats making things easier. I've loved my time with the 350, particularly the noise so whatever I have next has to sound good! I'm thinking of a Monaro vxr to scratch the v8 itch too. Does anyone have any experience of ownership or a drive compared to the Z? I'd also welcome suggestions of other cars to look at, I'm looking at a Max of £14K and don't want someone too expensive to repair when they inevitably need it, which unfortunately rules out the amg mercs. Over to you guys.

Looks really good. I keep thinking about getting mine done and spending money on other things instead.

I had a similar noise and it turned out to be the diff mounts, the front one was in vet poor condition. It might be worth a look.

Apologies if this has already been covered but I had a search and couldn't find it. My passenger side real wheel rocks top to bottom from the wheel face when in the air - only a few mm but enough to cause a noise when going over bumps. My mechanic has suggested it's the wheel bearing, but isn't sure as its not making any noise. Any ideas and if you agree it's likely the wheel bearing where's the best place to source one? Thanks in advance.

Generally light use but recently had a long weekend in Wales and had no issues with hard use (would only be harder on them on track).

I've had the MTEC on mine for 12 months now and they are great, not tracked them at all but they feel much better than standard, not had the others to compare to though unfortunately.

I've suffered with it for years but find the Beconase nasal spray works but it can take a fortnight of use to work well. I preempt it by starting early June and don't have any problems unless I run out The injections sound like a great idea.

Ive got a Galaxy Tab S2 and it's been great, no problems with it all being used daily. There bringing out the Tab S3 soon apparently so the S2 should be available at a good price then.

I do exactly the same, it's around £50 cash back at the moment through quidco and I can really recommend the rac. I've had to use them on 3 occasions in the past and each time the guys have been petrolheads and really helpful.

Which mitts or towels are you using guys, I've only ever used a clay bar in the past but like the idea of it being done a lot quicker?

Just too add another option I recently fitted mtec disks with brembo pads and I've been very impressed with performance, worth considering.

Brilliant results, I got into machine polishing on an St205, I'll have to see if I can dig out some photos. I think that's best best results I've seen on a red gt4, good work!
